Wont happen. According to the Community Director for Project CARS 2, Toyota does not want their Cars to be Customised anymore due to Customisations "Negative Image". You can have a Toyota Licence *ONLY* if their Cars *Cannot* be Customised. You can change the Paint or put a custom Livery on and that's it! As Assetto Corse has shown, You Can still have the Takumi Fujiwara GT-86 in a Game, Replete with the BTCC Spec, Yamaha Tuned 3S-GE "Touring Car Engine", but it would have to be a Pre-Created "Special* Version of the Car won as a Prize or included in a DLC Pack, the Player would not be allowed to Make it Themselves. Kind of like the "Fast and Furious" Edition Supras in FH2's DLC. Sadly, it seems most Companies would rather just *Dump* the Toyota Licence than make the *effort* to Switch the Customisation *Off* on the Toyota Vehicles :( as I would rather have Toyota, even if they could only be left "Stock" (I tend to just leave My Cars "Stock" anyway!) in My Games than not have them at all, as the Toyota Brand played a big Role in My Early Childhood.
I am afraid I do not know, Playground/Turn 10 and Slightly Mad Studios are *not* on Talking Terms and I have no contact with the Community Manager for Playground/Turn 10, and even If I did, they are Probably under Non Disclosure at the Moment anyway as Forza Horizon 4 has not yet had its Official Unveiling at E3. I can only *Hope* that Playground/Turn 10 can come to a "Compromise Agreement" with Toyota Motor Company to allow Toyota and Lexus back into the Game at the Cost of the Player *not* being allowed to Customise them... but, that's a Best Case Scenario. I am *very* Prepared for them to not be able to come to an Agreement and for Forza Horizon 4 to be without Lexus, and either have no Toyotas at all, or just one or Two of their Racing Cars.

The Skyline Nismo took me a year and a half to legalize in the States, despite me being in the auto industry. As for the LFA, it is the almost perfect car... The only downside is that they were loosing around $1 million on each car. I apologize for wanting more iconic cars in a game which cost me 89,99 Euros... Yes, I have already pre-ordered a few copies (Gold Edition) for me and my daughters. I hate Italian exotics, which rarely work in the real world... I hate having "poster cars" in my games... Kinda hilarious car list. For a game that's about America, they don't even have alot of the cars most American car enthusiasts that play video games own and love to drive/modify. I'm more hopeful for the Nova, Chevelle, and Stratos, but all are well known cars.

Boosted Android they actually already announced that the DLCs cars will be free for everyone, and all what the season pass does is giving you access to them 7 days later. Gg
