    Thank you for the video. How long did it take to cook? And did you have to put anything on the skin to make it crispy or no? I’m thinking about buying la caja china and roast a 100 lb pig for my daughter’s birthday

      La Caja China has different size boxes with instructions on the outside for cooking time. Personally I like to give 1 hour cook time for every 10lbs meat. You can DEFINITELY cook it faster but I prefer slower cooking (adding layer of foil over hog until the last hour) to avoid overcooking. Without the layer of foil it can burn (in my opinion) some of the belly meat before the shoulders are fully cooked. I’m going to cook another hog this weekend. 👍🏽

    How many people did that 100lb pig feed ?

      Antonio Vieira, the pig was supplemented with other entrees (chicken and fish) but everyone partook. There was about 100 - 120 people there.
