Hi, can you explain why you're using banquet of eyes and not grace of flagellant? Isn't cyclone stike a channeling skill not a continual damage? Or is it because you're using certain legendary gems?
Yes it is, but we have do have continual DMG from SoZ and or from Inner sanctuary. Also yes I have vipers bite making grace bit better, but grace is valid option too

I tested everything and that's the best combination...u have max Attack speed, max Movement speed and critical chance 90-100% with Slinger paragon.
This gives me 1,7m DPS to single target with 4k reso, if I use the pants with 57% DMG to cyclone, but I did make slight changes to the build to make it bit better in DMG and still have easy vithu trigger from palm Edit: added my reso
