I was in Motor Claim Department in TATA AIG, work culture and working hours were very poor. There was a lot of politics in the office. I had to work as long hours as 16 to 17 hours. So I left the company and moved to Dubai and now I'm doing Forex Trading and earning a huge amount of money and living a balanced life. Now I have enough time to spent with friends and family and roaming the world.
Myself was a MNC employee and had experienced this nonsense work culture. However, this problem not only with the employers or higher authorities, as a great number of employees found to staying back in the office, even after the stated working hours. They had the habit to stay back in the office , although they had nothing to do in the office. This was the show off business in the eyes of the management . Due to this, a good number of other employees were hesitating to go off after the office hours.
I have worked in six different private companies. Out of these six companies, in four of them I experienced a toxic work culture. In reality, almost eighty percent private companies in India have promoted toxic work culture within the company.
Same working culture at Samsung Dehli-I was forced to work 11 hours/day + 4-5 hours of travel/day or threat to fire. But unlike my fellow mates, I protect my rights.

Yaha hum log private me construction site par 6 days 12-14 hrs and Sunday ko bhi 6-8 hrs ho jata hai without overtime ke. Govt ke labour law hai....but pvt company ke liye thande baste me hai.
