They are telling lie.
I have flat in Urban Greens, maintenance charge is Rs. 4 per sq ft.
The flat is too expensive, there are a lot of construction issues.
The Builder hides a lot of things from the Buyer, I have paid money for various reasons but did not receive any Receipts from the builder like Municipal Tax receipts etc.

Please do not believe in this video. I am an owner of flat in Phase 2 but still have not got possession. The builder keeps giving new dates but no handover. Sincere request to everyone to avoid buying if you have any plans
