Hi there! Great video! I have a question: How do I calculate the depth of an argon laser at 40x magnification using a Leica SP8 confocal microscope? Thanks in advance! Greetings from Chile!
@@AYCAERGUL I am just trying to see my sample but I am using confocal dor the first time and I am suffering! In the video Leica SP8 Confocal Microscope Training Video you mention that red means that is good signal, and green no signal ,Than you for your videos!!
I get it now. It is the saturation filter. When you check for the saturation, it gives green, red, and blue signal, where green means undersaturated. But it is different from the gfp color. It is a bit confusing that button. If you have are looking for a gfp signal, then you may see it green, then you may check if it is saturated or not. Then if it is saturated, the filter shows it as red. If you close the filter, it goes back to normal colors. It is difficult at the first time, then it gets easier.
Wow. I loved your video. Describing everything.
Great video!

so sorry I forgot to reply. I couldn't understand "the depth" though. Is it the depth on the image?
why green color is no signal? if I am looking at GFP, in this case?
can you tell me the time of the video where I say that? just to give an accurate answer
