The changes of animation is one of the reasons why Gumball is one of my favorite cartoons of all time. Some of my favorite changes are The Fury with the anime style, The Puppets with its puppetry, and The Money on how the animation budget decreases.
When I read "The Fury" as "The Furry".
I was so scared of the puppet as a kid that was legit nightmare fule

This is another large reason why I loved and still love this show. The animation never stays exactly the same everything and everyone is different it ranges from 3-d to 2d to even some live action stuff. It’s beautiful and fully unique. Not everything is the same even if they have these same animation style that all look significantly different.

One thing I realized when rewatching gumball episodes is that "The Job" had a lot of cool moments when the characters changed into a bunch of different styles, including 8 bit, storyboard, claymation, and even one where the characters turned into real life animals and objects like Nicole turned into a cat, and Larry turned into a rock with a hat.
:0 so that's why I got that don't hug me I'm scared vibe from that episodeeee

I am amazed
When Gumball eventually ends, I'm proud to call it the last of an era many of us once experienced. It felt like a mixture between the old shows of the 2000s and the weirdness and sheer creativity of the 2010s with Regular Show and early Adventure Time. And it remained consistent for its entire run. In addition to the writers frequently finding ways to not only roast themselves and real life things, but also at times roast Cartoon Network itself. Most shows if you do that these days would immediately be held at gunpoint if you dare talk smack about the company like that. But they didn't care :)
I'm happy that when the show has ended, we can all look back on it and be incredibly happy for what it offered since day one. And it ends on its own terms rather than CN deciding to end it for them. :)

Since these shows are ending in a 8 year run, I am expecting teen Titans go to end by next year since that will make teen Titans go’s 8 year of airing.

My favorite was when nicole and kasami mom has the style of a studio trigger anime.
Same it's unfortunate that they couldn't have used that style change more like whenever Nicole was ready for a fight after that episode. Gumball series was always just as good as it was bad for me, the live action & puppet changes often didn't mix well with the normal animation I felt. Although things like the Fighting Game change, & our favorite where it looked like an anime really held the series up I feel. It's kind of unfortunate that Gumball is on indefinite hiatus now.

The Amazing World of Gumball has always been an amazing show. We all know that Nicole is one of the most powerful
women in the CU (cartoon universe), Anais is the smartest kid, Darwin is the best pet anyone could ask for, Gumball is the funny one, and Richard is the character everyone almost forgets about, but nothing can beat the iconic line,
"I have raised three kids... and one husband."

I’m only now realizing that penny “coming out of her shell” and her dad not approving at first is a really good idea because to me it feels like coming out as lgbtq to your family and them maybe not understanding at first but eventually accepting it and it’s a really good way to teach younger kids watching that it’s okay to be different. Or maybe I’m just reading to far into things because I know for a fact that I took nothing from that episode as a kid ;-;

Gumball has got to be the most abstract cartoon of the 2010s. I can’t name a single show that’s as funny, experimental, and consistent as this shows.

I'd also like to point out that the anime fight in "The Furi" was a love letter to Studip Trigger, which is the anime studio with, in my opinion, some of the best animation aesthetics out there.
There was actually another small anime reference in the episodes the fury when yuki said konoha. Konoha is the village of Naruto.
