Thank you! This was very well presented and informative. I'm in the process of getting diagnosed for both of these. I've been on a crazy journey to discover what is going on. I believe in "naming the beasts" in order to gain control over proper treatments, but I'm very overwhelmed and a tad scared too. Again, thank you.

Scientists have found the relationship of transgenic wheat (gluten) to people becoming stupid and sick - See the article published by PubMed - Gluten induced neurocognitive impairement (Brain Fog Lupus) www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9256899/
They have been killing people for decades with transgenic wheat (gluten) and glyphosate. See the articles published for about 15 years by Dr. Stephanie Seneff and her team in the MIT.

Personality disorders , PTSD , and other factors that include stress have a great impact on the autoimmune system.
Research has shown both Fibromyalgia and Lupus in Women at higher rates when childhood trauma was part of medical history.
Mental health is very important, I hope more research is done to identify these factors.
Each individual's medical history is different, so diagnosis, causes, and treatment can differ, most importantly is lifestyle changes, reducing stress through therapy, healthy diet, and exercise.

I get confused if it is fibro/ lupus? Repetitive movement causes muscles to stiffen up. If I do not stop any activity I will develop muscle stiffeness that will turn into tendonitis/bursitis. That affects my ability to use my arms, legs.
I lean on nerves becoming too sensitive to pressure. They overreact to any sign of strain causing that pain.
I am always in pain. Like I just ran a mile. No relief. Pain meds help to fool the brain that doing this or that isn't as bad and it allows more movement.
Sleep helps some. Rest helps but it requires a lot of uncomfortable rest. Moving side to side once one side becomes too painful to lean upon.
