Sugar 20g
Salt 7g
Water 280g
Olive oil 30g

First fermentation 1 hour
Final fermentation 40 minutes

180°C for 30-35 minutes

The amount of water needs to be adjusted according to water absorption of flour, weather and humidity of the day
In hot weather, use lukewarm / cold water or cold milk or eggs; please use warm liquids in cold weather
Fermentation periods are for reference onlyïžplease adjust according to humidity and temperature on your baking day

Made these today and they came out beautiful! Doubled the recipe and worked great! Only substitution I used was active dry yeast vs quick rise as I didnât have any quick rise but I just had the water at 120 degrees Fahrenheit

What is the temp of the oven or did i miss it please.
