Let me give you some info on this incredible trio and event: • Igor Krutoy, the pianist, is there as an overall lead because the event is built for him: this is his birthday event that he organized with all his favorite artists, the ones that he is used to collaborate with and the songs he has composed • This is not the first time that Lara sings this song (composed by Igor) in trio but the third time: she performed in the original version with Dmitri Hvorostovsky and Alina Yaroyava then again later with Dmitriy and Sumi Jo, before this new trio with Dimash and Aida. The song was composed from day one with her voice in mind. She has been collaborating with Igor for more than 10 years and he has told from her that she is “the best singer and the best songwriter he has ever worked with” • This also explains why the song does not expose more of Dimash’s upper register: it was written for the late Dmitri who was a pure baryton. • Lara was very very sick that day, with fever and strong medication but she is skilled enough to have made it unnoticeable • Also, like Dimash, and even if the song was composed that way with her in mind, Lara does not sing in her real « comfort zone »: she is, as Aida, a lyrical soprano but here she plays the role in the trio of a mezzo-soprano and takes the median register. It requires a lot of voice control to not interfere with Aida’s high note and does not allow her to really shine. She gives room to Aida to do it instead and Aida uses this magnificently. • It was the first time Dimash met his idol Lara (he is a fan since he is a child and he covered several of her songs such as Adagio, Love of Tired Swans, Mademoiselle Hyde, Know, …): look how quickly he turned to her, despite he has not finished his duo section with Aida 😂 And how he looks at her and hold her after it … • Lara is the most comfortable in italian because it is her first native language even before french: her mother is italian and while born in Belgium she spent her first 5 years in sicilia before returning there. She also is married to a sicilian man • Look how dimash slightly adapted his vibrato to better match Aida or Lara • Also there is a debate about the final note, held for such a long time, with the conductor looking at Igor and Igor smiling: Did they make a prank to the singers by extending this last note? Or did the singers instead played with them? I personnally think this is more option 1 😀 • I forgot to add that Lara has been classically trained for more than 10 years at Brussels Royal Conservatory and still continues to receive voice lessons on a daily basis. And she has sung many times opera pieces or with opera singers. • Final note to say that Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics of the song Your Love for Dimash
Dear Eric, you don't know how much I appreciate you telling me all this. It makes so much sense the performance when you explain the details behind it. First of all, Dimash is incredible since he can adjust his voice to perform a lower key operistic voice with 2 amazing artists. Lara had control over her voice. As you mentioned, she let Aida shine, but in my opinion, Lara's voice is so authentic that I felt the difference when she started singing, and I did see Dimash turning immediately to her and continue singing. Extraordinario, de primer nivel, solo decir que Lara no tiene voz operistica, canto con su voz normal por asi decirlo y eso le dio otro toque a la canción, voces operistica mas voz contemporánea..... y claro Dimash se puso en modo opera (sabemos que tiene mas voces) y las 3 voces un delite. ❤

Este espectáculo se hizo para celebrar no sé qué aniversario del Maestro Igor Krutoy (que es ese señor que se ve al piano) de hecho actúan todos los artistas para los que compuso y colaboró (por cierto también estuvo el Maestro Andrea Bocelli ). Si no sigues la ópera obviamente no puedes saber quién es Aida Garifullina porque es una soprano rusa y en esta aria cubre precisamente ese registro, Lara Fabian no necesita presentación creo que cubrió el registro de "contralto" aunque La ambientación es más bien "pop", mientras que nuestro Dimash en esta ocasión cubre su papel con el registro "Barítono". Tienes toda la razón cuando dices que su italiano es más que perfecto, de hecho Aida Garifullina canta en la ópera y la mayoría de las óperas son en italiano, Lara Fabian es mitad italiana, por lo que habla italiano con fluidez, y Dimash canta en 500 idiomas. , asi que tambien es inutil hablar de eso... solo les puedo decir que su pronunciacion es perfecta para el siendo de lengua materna kazajo (que es una especie de ruso que es un poco mas complicado para los idiomas occidentales)... y te lo digo como italiano! Efectivamente Lara para Dimash es su gran idola y fue un honor para él cantar junto a ella ella lo conoció a él en los ensayos de esta pieza musical, ya había escuchado sobre él y quedó encantada , en ese momento ella estaba enferma pero aún así pudo mostrar profesionalismo como una grande de la música al lado de un Dimash mostrando ser un buen partner musical lo cual la hizo sentir segura , ellos no han tendido colaboraciones juntos , pero si Dimash a interpretado canciones que son de ella escritas por el maestro Igor Krutoy (pianista) esto fue para su cumpleaños, una es The love of tired swans, Your Love, The Love is like a Dreams, hay un video edit que hicieron de ellos dos cantando la primera canción que mencioné quizás sea interesante que lo veas porque se escucha espectacular, hasta parece que están juntos , quedó muy bien hecho Gracias por tu reacción!

Las otras dos son composiciones de Igor que interpreto con mucho éxito Lara Fabian, hace muchos años, y que Igor permitió a Dimash volverlas a cantar dándoles un nuevo enfoque, su propia interpretación. Aida, Lara and Dimash shared the stage to perform Ti Amo Cosi for the famous pianist, composer and producer Igor Krutoy’s jubilee concert dated to his 65th anniversary and held at the VTB Arena in Moscow. The first jubilee show was held at the Barclays Center in NYC. What else we can say after this performance? It is absolutely beautiful , they are perfectly harmonized, their voices are astounding !! Aida Garifullina is the Prima Donna of the Viena State Opera. Here is some background behind the connection between Igor, Dimash and Lara: Igor contacted Dimash after his cover of Lara’s Adagio on The Singer contest, he went out of retirement to work with him. Dimash initially covered 3 songs from Igor’s existing catalog (Lara was the original performer for 2 of these and already had covered the 3rd one) then Igor created a few songs for Dimash (eg Olimpico) including Your Love that was co-created with Lara for Dimash.

Dear Eric, you don't know how much I appreciate you telling me all this. It makes so much sense the performance when you explain the details behind it. First of all, Dimash is incredible since he can adjust his voice to perform a lower key operistic voice with 2 amazing artists. Lara had control over her voice. As you mentioned, she let Aida shine, but in my opinion, Lara's voice is so authentic that I felt the difference when she started singing, and I did see Dimash turning immediately to her and continue singing. I didn't notice Lara was sick. She is such a professional it didn't show. For me, this was a professional and respected performance of 3 great artists.. Greetings Eric, and thank you again 🤗 ❤️

Extraordinario, de primer nivel, solo decir que Lara no tiene voz operistica, canto con su voz normal por asi decirlo y eso le dio otro toque a la canción, voces operistica mas voz contemporánea..... y claro Dimash se puso en modo opera (sabemos que tiene mas voces) y las 3 voces un delite. ❤

Este espectáculo se hizo para celebrar no sé qué aniversario del Maestro Igor Krutoy (que es ese señor que se ve al piano) de hecho actúan todos los artistas para los que compuso y colaboró (por cierto también estuvo el Maestro Andrea Bocelli ).
Si no sigues la ópera obviamente no puedes saber quién es Aida Garifullina porque es una soprano rusa y en esta aria cubre precisamente ese registro, Lara Fabian no necesita presentación creo que cubrió el registro de "contralto" aunque La ambientación es más bien "pop", mientras que nuestro Dimash en esta ocasión cubre su papel con el registro "Barítono".
Tienes toda la razón cuando dices que su italiano es más que perfecto, de hecho Aida Garifullina canta en la ópera y la mayoría de las óperas son en italiano, Lara Fabian es mitad italiana, por lo que habla italiano con fluidez, y Dimash canta en 500 idiomas. , asi que tambien es inutil hablar de eso... solo les puedo decir que su pronunciacion es perfecta para el siendo de lengua materna kazajo (que es una especie de ruso que es un poco mas complicado para los idiomas occidentales)... y te lo digo como italiano!

Efectivamente Lara para Dimash es su gran idola y fue un honor para él cantar junto a ella ella lo conoció a él en los ensayos de esta pieza musical, ya había escuchado sobre él y quedó encantada , en ese momento ella estaba enferma pero aún así pudo mostrar profesionalismo como una grande de la música al lado de un Dimash mostrando ser un buen partner musical lo cual la hizo sentir segura , ellos no han tendido colaboraciones juntos , pero si Dimash a interpretado canciones que son de ella escritas por el maestro Igor Krutoy (pianista) esto fue para su cumpleaños, una es The love of tired swans, Your Love, The Love is like a Dreams, hay un video edit que hicieron de ellos dos cantando la primera canción que mencioné quizás sea interesante que lo veas porque se escucha espectacular, hasta parece que están juntos , quedó muy bien hecho

Aida, Lara and Dimash shared the stage to perform Ti Amo Cosi for the famous pianist, composer and producer Igor Krutoy’s jubilee concert dated to his 65th anniversary and held at the VTB Arena in Moscow. The first jubilee show was held at the Barclays Center in NYC.
What else we can say after this performance? It is absolutely beautiful , they are perfectly harmonized, their voices are astounding !! Aida Garifullina is the Prima Donna of the Viena State Opera. Here is some background behind the connection between Igor, Dimash and Lara:
Igor contacted Dimash after his cover of Lara’s Adagio on The Singer contest, he went out of retirement to work with him. Dimash initially covered 3 songs from Igor’s existing catalog (Lara was the original performer for 2 of these and already had covered the 3rd one) then Igor created a few songs for Dimash (eg Olimpico) including Your Love that was co-created with Lara for Dimash.
