I want to thank you so much~ As a child I loved Lego and earlier this year you inspired me to get my first set in twenty years being the Lego Delorean. Now this week I went big with my 2nd set buying three of the Lego Creator 3 in 1 Castles to combine them into one epic set and even ordered extra Minifigures to populate the Castle off of the official Lego website. I Loved Lego Castle growing up and thanks to you inspiring me I am now loving and enjoying it again and am building as I watch this awesome Video~
Hi Diane :) that sounds plenty fun! Make sure to check out bricklink for used Lego, if you want to buy some Castle figures for instance. I would also recommend to watch some TH-cam videos on how to use bricklink in the best way, as the website can be a bit overwhelming at first 😅😂
My only trip to Legoland in 1986 my take home memory was amazement at the thought that the Lego just stayed out all year, hosed off after spending the winter covered in snow. The Lego of my childhood is still compatible with Lego I buy today. Also I think that where you saw the Lego trees is where there was a fire earlier in the year and the display was destroyed wondering what will go there. The kids were glad to get you home the best part of the video.
Hi Bricksie. Despite the rain, wet jeans and socks, and huge puddles, you really showed us the beauty and fun of Billund. Thank you so much. I've enjoyed all the videos and footage of your week away. It's so lovely to see all the parts of the home of Lego. Enjoy spending time with Jose and the twins.
Loved this espisode, Jordan. So fun to follow you on your trip, always happy and so much positivity! Funny to watch you in the rain and nice to see the family again when you came back :-)
Yeah sorry about the Weather the last couple of days - Billund is one of the places in Denmark where it rains alot - and on friday (27/9-2024) we got almost a months rain in one day. If i knew you would be walking home after Lego House with in that weather i would had driven you to the hotel - i only live about 800 meters from Lego house
Thank you for showing your love for your family. Ending such an epic video with you and your kids and cuddle time ends with an exclamation point--what you do is for your family. THANIK YOU FOR WELCOMING US IN!!!
you lived to tell the tale big guy! Looks like it was an awesome trip!! Had to edit the comment-the last clip of you and the kids was priceless man. I'm grinnin ear to ear watching ya'll have an awesome family moment. Keep going champ your living the dream!!
You gave me a flash back walking in the rain of the time I went to New Orleans, and it was raining. Walking to dinner after dark and I didn't notice there was a hole in the sidewalk filled with water and my right foot went ankle deep into the hole. I ate dinner with one wet foot, and time in the hotel room with the provided hairdryer trying to dry out the shoe which were the only shoes I had.
Just watching your uploads, we were there last week as well and the weather was ridiculous. My wife and daughter decided to stay in the room on the Friday rather than go to Legoland, took myself off to go round and then went to the Lego house. My paper bag also disintegrated in the rain but had the foresight to bring plastic carrier bags. The Lego House is something else and worth the soaking to visit.
Oh man, this video cracked me up! You start off, Happy signing in the rain and then as the video goes on the wheels just start falling off. From the camera to the umbrella. GREAT VIDEO!
Hey Jordan, welcome back!! You must be inspired to the top after seeing alllll those Lego creations (i’m kinda am!😁) It was a touching moment at the end you with your kids, home sweet home!!🫶🏼 Roll up your sleeves and create buddy!😉👍🏼
This is awesome how you are able to enjoy the rain!! Gives me good giggles, thank you!! Edited to add: Yes, Danish pastry is the best!!!! But the very best is your cute family!!!!🥰
We hope to make it to Billund one day. It’s our dream. Just like this channel was, and we accomplished this and we can put our minds to anything if we keep working hard 👍🏻 like you Bricksie.
Great episode Jordan - loving the positivity in the rain the one thing I noticed on my recent trip to Canada is how positive people were in general, is brits could take a leaf out of your book 😂
Rain 1, Bricksie 0, for that day haha. Looked like a fun sloshy day ☺️ When weather like that happens on vacation, just dive in like you did. Such an enjoyable video 👍🏻👍🏻
11:07 This is the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. I visited there in 1987 with my High School Band. My Father was a Chaperone and I “see” him as a mini-figure in front of the Visitor Center. 🥰
That "NASA" looking MOC is KSC, Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, FL. LegoLand Florida has it as well. The full covering over the entire build section of LegoLand Florida is amazing
Hi Jordan, Nice to see you at the airport in Billund. I saw the great write-up about you and your Lego city in the special Lego Time magazine. Have you seen it?
Now that I think about it: Lego doesn´t sell reusable bags in stores, does it? Definitely a missed opportunity. They are handy and I bet people would love to get them. I would enjoy carrying around a Lego reusable tote.
at 10:16 you talk about the new space station build. Legoland had a fire in the exact location just before summer vacation this year, hence the new lego.
You can sometimes pick up sets of the size in that 25 euro bin for 10-15 euros in Lidl Germany. My wife got the Harry Potter 'book' sets for ten each from there!
The sets are usually more expensive in such shops. We bought the kids many lego sets already (e.g. most of the lego dreamzzz sets), in most cases online they were at least 20% off from the original price. And for example for that lego city burger car 60404 my son only paid 9 Euro.
I never thought I could se a LEGO park so empty, I don’t know if was due the rain or danish children are tired of seeing bricks everywhere 😂. That building at 11:10 is a scale version from the Kennedy space center visitor complex in Orlando, fun fact theSaturn V has its own facility couple miles ahead the main complex and very near the launch area. It’s displayed horizontally on separated stages just like the oficial LEGO set.
Im sorry about the weather. My mom and i were in Europe snd we had planned a day to go somewhere and we couldnt reschedule as it was our last full day. We endured the horrible rain and wind but at least it made it so it wasnt crowded. Now ive scratched off something on my bucket list.
With my new camera I need to buy one of tho s warter proof camera jacket cover s if I was to film in the rain to .we not let the rain distract owe Lego journeys 😊 best time to go perhaps when it's raining lol got the place to your salf
as an avid theme park enthusiast the part where the coasters were running and you didnt go on them was kinda painful for me. oh well. ive also been to a lot of parks so if you want any advice on making you amusement park realistic you could ask :).
Happy for all of you guys, having this opportunity. But are there sources on how much, this costs for the cokpamy that is Lego? Because there are loads of RLFM's and LAN's thwre now. And this is not the only time they do this. That together with all that free stuff to hundereds of afols. I know they are "thanking" their marketing tools I guess. Sorry for the mini rant. But seeing prices go up is getting to me. I am having to make hard choices 😅😅
@@Bricksie Well, what a poor performance for a Lego channel. You were in danmark, many off your points just dont matter. It seems you are simply a Lego commercial.
@@Bricksie And to take in concideration your points; you are building manly out of the box. Skaerbaek are real builders, creative builders not your league. I understaend.
when you get chance in your next vlog update, tell us what happened about the tax rebate. Welcome home, hope the robo vacuum hasn't sucked up all the lego city in the studio whilst you were gone
I wunder if thay have a Lego ☔ with Lego Lego an design s on it. Then I would you s a ☔😊 I all ways just got a jacket with hood on. 600 packed in. Other day is fair amount of Lego fan s. For sure .lucky if not school Holliday's at same time 😊

Also the castle mini fig are still on lego pick a brick. 🙂
I did almost the same. Great to Build Lego. I now own 5 of the 3 in 1 Castle sets. (Probably more to come and combine)
25:29 might be the cutest thing i've ever seen haha

The rain was extreme! I was worried about the box of Lego making it back intact, though. It's nice to see that it made it.
Best thing about this video is the ending, happy family!
Congrats on the Time Mag spread Jordan. That is too cool! You deserve it for sure.
Was like British weather rain rain and more rain lol. Glad the box made it back OK.

That looks way better than Legolas Windsor. I need go so much!!!!
Last week was more or less the week with the most rain ever, in Denmark in one week.
I did not choose to be born here, but I am, so be it.

bricksie had a kevin from home alone moment.
Thats funny 😅

11:10 that represents Kennedy space center in Florida it's a really cool place that build looks very realistic if you compare it to real life
It's like that every day here in England

I think you should redesign the Lego amusement park into a Legoland park
You're totally gonna look like a smuggler on your way back! LOL

22:35 You can look up the conversion rate on your phone. 😉 That’s what search is made for. That bin is 36.18 CAD 26.75 USD
You should write on the outside of the box AIR TAG INSIDE!!

That's Kennedy space center near Orlando Florida
I made my first PAB wall visit and got over GBP60 for £16.99!
They defiantly didn't cover it in the UK.
They don't even clean the UK site.
Looks like Kennedy Space Center visitor center
Who cares about the shaky video, the time with the kids is the real star...)
How come that all those lego creators are at the same location and i see ZERO collabs? What am i missing
Recommended retail price for the burger truck in Europe is only 20€ so definitely not the best shop to buy sets

You been here in the area in Denmark that got the most rain, in the last few days
Legoland billung is just so overpriced its insane and also 90% just for kids wich is fine but i DONT recommend a visit as an adult!
