It's not too crazy if you think about it, someone with a passion for making innovative games, 30 years experience, got in the game when hardware architecture was relatively simple and he could've picked it up easily, being smart enough to make a game like this.

This game is like the arcade equivalent of gymnastics, especially with the trackball. It is a very difficult game requiring years of mental strength, tons of physical exercise, and even a dose of perfectionism to master each level. That is what I love about this game, and I think it’s one of the few games that helps me build those mental skill sets and me great physical exercise along with it

I remember playing the arcade version of this game with the trackball. The ball had some momentum because of its weight and sometimes the skin of my hand would get trapped in the gap between the ball and the cabinet. BrokenTrumpet: No, but it does use an FM Yamaha chip which is similar to what the Genesis used; there is a certain FM sound in a lot of games from about this time until the mid-1990s. The Atari System 1 used a Yamaha YM2141 for music, two Atari 800 POKEY chips (CO12294B) for music and effects, and a TI TMS5220 for speech. The Genesis used a Yamaha YM2612 for music and a TI SN76489 (same as the TI 99/4A) for effects.

Perfect playing of this classic game!
Was this played on a trackball, SCHLAUCHI? That might explain the flawlessness.

***** Probably on a keyboard or gamepad. I did it on a keyboard when I did the Amiga version (didn't play as fast (wasn't in a hurry)) as SCHLAUCHI th-cam.com/video/Nfa2etJ84_8/w-d-xo.html
