Anytime the beautiful Cristina is in a video the better it is!! Those tacos looked deliscioso!! Lots of people here in the states like chicken tacos. I like pork and beef. But I have a secret recipe for chicken tacos I make for my family. I marinate chicken overnight in beer, vinegar, mucho garlic, black pepper, guajillo chile and bay leaf. Then I roast the chicken, pull all the meat from bones and grill again. Salsa, onion and cilantro. Perfecto! (If you like awesome chicken). You can just grill the chicken and then pull the meat, too.
