BABY SWIMMING LESSONS | Ultimate first lesson routine | 17 month old Swimming in Pool

In this video I introduce my 17 month old son to Baby swimming lessons. This was filmed in a swimming pool a few months ago when we were on holiday. It was his first time in a swimming pool and he loved it.
I have been a swim instructor for 15 years and am so excited to be able to teach my son this important life skill. It is so important to start swimming lessons when they are young so their confidence can grow as they do.
Teaching a baby to swim means breaking down the fundamental skills into bite size fun activities for them to take part in. During this lesson I teach my son how to swim with songs and games. This lesson plan can be adapted for baby swimming lessons, swimming lessons for kids and swimming lessons for toddlers. Swimming lesson for beginners will build the core skills needed for their future swim journey when they learn to swim freestyle, learn how to swim underwater, learn how to swim faster and everything in between.
