ITANAGAR, Sep 2 Solung festivals

The first week of September, after the sowing of seeds, to seek prosperity and a good harvest. Men and women dressed in colourful attires thronged the venue in Itanagar to celebrate the Solung festival.As large number of programmes are organized,The day long programme was held at Mopin Solung ground Itanagar, During the event, cultural troupes from various sector performed folk and dances etc.
