how to safely and quickly feed the forms, please give advice to a beginner on Kayne

Basically melee champion is for red and ranged champion is for blue, if you want to feed quickly join the battle as much as you can and take a kill because it almost get half of the energy if you get a kill. If you want to be safe check the match every second and use the ward for high survivability.

honestly this gameplay isnt that good representation of anything, the guy goes lvl 1 into jungle to clear a ward and stsrts a trade w camille, she didnt commit due to fear of enemy jungle coming (good decision) but if camille fights kayn loses. Then when kayn receives a gank he stays greed for plate, herald is coming he needs to recall, starts a fight under tower which camilles would win but she priorizes last hits so he escapes, but there kayn needs recall, if opposing jungle is there, herald is free with toplane pushed. Next, red teams does herald and kayn goes fight, if camille stays top she gets free plates. I get its a good bait to sign the video as kayn challenger in a weird top position, and its a good mechanic player, but there wasnt any macro or outplay in kayn, if anything, it was camille train of thoughts which if opposing jungle gave her attention, was gonna win that
