- "Everybody in the Place" is the second official single released by the British electronic dance band The Prodigy from their debut album "Experience"
The song featured on the album is the "155 & Rising Version". A version that's significantly longer and faster in beats per minute than the original mix. It was released on December 30, 1991 through XL Recordings in the UK. The single peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart, beaten to number one by the re-release of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" after the death of Freddie Mercury. The original CD single was released with five tracks, which went against British chart regulations. The track "Rip up the Sound System" was removed on the re-issue to comply with the chart regulations, but is still available on the 12" vinyl.

Love all the lyric sites getting it wrong. It's a sample from Megablast (Rap Version) by Bomb the Bass (Into the Dragon album version). Speeded up obviously.. it says Non Stop Energy now that's the true goal.. from the days when cassettes had the lyrics printed inside the fold out cover..

This sounds as fresh as it did when I first heard it back in early 92. And, as with many of the Prodigy's early singles, the B sides were better than the A sides!!

I love the silent 4 minutes after the song.
Great track, I remember really admiring this record back in the early 90s and it doesn't fuck about now, all these years later. Some Prodigy tracks have aged really well (thinking also "Narayan" off Fat Of The Land - I was out at a party in SF on New Year's Day 2023 and the DJ dropped Narayan and it blew the place up. IDK how many of the people there even knew the original release

Dislike the slacking upload, simple as that. Track ends roughly at 5:18 and then there's just silence.

Been a fan of the prodigy from day 1 it's actually breakbeat/electronic dance,part 2 is on there first debut album Experience Hyperspeed G-force part 2 have a listen.
Hyperspeed is probably my favourite Prodigy tune, so different from G-Force but equally brilliant. 27 years later we still can't get enough of this band. The New Album's great too , a few nods to their early rave roots on it.
