Whenever you die to someone that is already dead, it will show up like that. So if you kill a scav and he drops a nade, which then explodes and kills you, it will show up like that. What happened was they traded, and the other guy died first.

@@V8Fuzion no he did not. When you die to a sniper, you get a different death screen. Check it out in offline mode.
