    Hi.
    Have you had a chance to shoot it yet? Does it perform well?

    • @VincentBigs
      @VincentBigs  6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hello, yes I shoot frequently. I will make a video later. It is very precise, the weight is heavy on the paper, but its balance makes you think that it is lighter. Its handle is very comfortable for me, a real slipper. But I advise to try this grip before buying because it may not be suitable for all hands. The recoil is well compensated by the shape one has almost the impression to shoot with a caliber inferior to 9mm. Thank you for watching the video. Thank you for your interest in this beautiful object. Good shot and good targets.

      Thank you for aswering.
      I acutually held it earlier today and also a Sig P210-5 with a 6" barrel for comparison.
      The Sig P210-5 was of course used, but in great shape. And also nearly as expensive!
      The new mag-release and other new features I think are nice and would make me choose the new version.
      Maybe it is not as good an investment, but I want this gun for shooting :)
      I look forward to a video of you shooting it

      Hello, personally I think to make a small shooting video at the booth next week end. For investment and resale later I think the old model made in Switzerland would be a good choice, because end manufacturing since the late 1980 th. My P210 super target made in germany starts after 200 cartridges to be much more accurate and after a few cleanings it looks more and more like my old p210-2 with the characteristic sound and feel of slipping. But when disassembling the slide of the old, it is all well greased for years with a lot of shooting residue and other. It almost feels like it's mounted on a ball bearing lol

    I live in USA. Just bought a black one. 200 rounds so far. Slide to frame fit has no perceptible play. I did not see or hold one before ordering. When it arrived, I was surprised that the grip is so large. Perfect for my large hands, but it will not work for small hands. The trigger is actually 3 stages- first take up, second take up, and break with no creep. Trigger weight measures 2.5# after lubricating with Weapon Shield. Accuracy is as advertised. I know where the bullet will hit at the moment of trigger break. Recoil is not much more than a .22, very soft shooter. Of course, different cartridge loads will affect recoil. There are no finish flaws. This is an exceptional machine. Exactly what I wanted.

    • @VincentBigs
      @VincentBigs  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for your comment. This is in agreement with my feelings. The accurancy was exceptional. The slide fit when i describe in the video is only during disassembly when the key is removed. When the gun is in operation the game is not felt. I show this in a next video.
      I put you the link from a German magazine with different ammunition test charts is reloading. With shooting test with pistol blocked in a jaw. the deviations are in European unit mm. The beginning of the table concerns the manufactured ammunition, the other part "geschoss" is part of different reloading, bulet ect ... enjoy

    Interesting. My P210 US Target is tighter with much has less slide play than that when you removed the slide. Did not expect that.

      Hello, thank you for your interest, sorry for the time for my answers. P210 ST by Sig sauer Germany uses the patent issued from P210 made in Switzerland and no version with left-handed mode. To see if a custom version is possible?

      I agree with you. Where in the 1980s for the same price game we would have had a beautiful lacquered wooden box with the 3 three different caliber and the appropriate charger. And even some ammo they seem to me. We are in the 21st century with companies that are cutting prices to make a profit! The customer is king but many have forgotten him and only see people as a handful of dollars to take. But with the P210 you buy the dream too and personally I do not shoot with the box.
      Good shot and good cartons shooter friends.

    Looks nicer than the American made version, which is beefier or clunkier. They say to never drop a bullet or snap cap into the chamber, always feed it through with the magazine due to the extractor having to drag over the bullet with an ejection site fed approach

    Hello Vincent. Thank you for the video. I called our local Sig Sauer dealer (U.S) and asked about the "slop" - the answer I received was that it is allowed for thermal expansion and gun grease - I noticed out of the box you didn't grease the gun and was wondering how it seems now that you've had a chance to properly grease it and run a few rounds through it? Would love to know before making a potential purchase decision. Thanks in advance!

      Hello, thank you for your comment. As I mentioned in the first comment. My weapon was in need of a break-in. After 500 shots perfect. This one was a little dry to disbanding, a good lubrication with the famous automanleft made in Switzerland and it's perfect. There should be no machining difference between my German model and a purchase in the USA, the specifications are the same. I will advise you to take a black model rather than the stainless steel finish. But it seems to me that the stainless steel Super target model is not available in the USA.
      Thank you for the interest. I can remake a capture at the shooting range after his end-of-year parties if that tells you.
      Happy new year and good shooting.

    I'm jealous, I'd be happy with most any 210. But I'd really like to get my hands on a vintage military issue 210...in like new condition of course.
    I did happen across a 220 made in 78, it was imported by Browning Arms and made by Sig Sauer Systems West Germany. I don't believe the gun had been fired as there were no signs of wear anywhere, even the follower in the mag looked new not a scratch on it. I put about 500 rounds through it and today's new Sigs have nothing on the early ones made in W Germany.
    The one your holding is a step up, it'll reveal how well you shoot...

    • @VincentBigs
      @VincentBigs  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Many P 210 imported in the United States, but since the end of the Swiss manufacture they become coveted objects. The P210 are considered indestructible, and many spare parts not far from home because I am close to the Swiss. I find this video maybe u know this chanel th-cam.com/video/sobqLCqXiiE/w-d-xo.html

      Ironically, the swiss insist that the original 220, military designation P75, is way better than the W. Germany one. Could be true, could be wrong, I just know the swiss 220 and it's a joy to shoot. I do have a german p225 thought and I have no complaints.

    You would think with the new magazines, they could have increased it from 8 to 10.

    • @VincentBigs
      @VincentBigs  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      They could have done even more, but they use the Swiss patent and the P210 was retained in 8 shots. One of the prototypes of the P210 SP 47/16 (16 shots).
      Moreover in Europe the law against terrorism under the guise of terrorism against more and more limits the capacity of magazine ect ...

    • @AdurianJ
      @AdurianJ 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@VincentBigs Gun laws vary widely in Europe.
      Here in Sweden there are no magazine rules if it's for range shooting, i own 33 round magazines that i use in my PC carbine.
      I know Italy has really hard gun laws and are especially hard on modern military calibers like the 9x19 .308 and 5.56

      I think the finishes are identical. The specifications are the same on both sides of the Atlantic. The color of the cannon changes black in the US and stainless steel in Germany. But I have never been able to get 2 in 1 us and 1 german hands.

    • @VincentBigs
      @VincentBigs  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes I was surprised at first, I do not know if the stainless version influences this. It should be a comparison with the black versions, but I do not have this model. After use of fire and lubrication the slop seems less. This remains an exceptional weapon and it is more accurate than my old model in luger which is tighter feeling issue. Balance, compensation, feeling at the start of the shot, make you feel the target result before seeing it, like its ancestor of the last century made in Switzerland. To try before buying because the handle may not be suitable for all hands especially small ones.
