London has seen regular pro-Palestinian protests, attended by tens of thousands, since the war on Gaza began last October. But tensions are set to rise this Saturday, as protesters plan to march to the Israeli embassy in Kensington for the first time.

My daughter studying for her PhD at Strathclyde Uni was constantly interrupted by men praying. They had a place to pray but they wanted to do it beside her.That was 2015.
Happened in the gym I attended in West London, in early 2000’s. Asked staff, they said they feared reprisals if they said anything. I found another gym.

I found 2 women praying behind my car. The car park I was in was opposite a Mosque. I waited for them to finish praying, even though I had an appointment to get to. Apparently, women aren’t allowed inside the mosque 🤷♀️. We’re far too tolerant and polite…

It feels like the organisers have gone to the police and said, "we promise to be good, no need to worry about us." We need to start peacefully objecting, staying silent and fuming will not change anything. We all need to start writing letters, emails, calling the MPs surgery. If no one lets them know how we feel the MPs etc will take the line of least resistance. It is the squeaky wheel that gets attention and why these organisations get what they want because they keep complaining and pressuring.
