Even if you are a beginner you'll manage to recreate this very easy. We will start to create some simple lines with the 2-point line tool and with the help of the media brush tool will add some height to the line.In the next step in this tutorial we will create some stars. Stars are easy to create in corel draw. We only need to use the polygon tool for this and drag from 1 point. You will se in the video how easy is.Nex we will create some circles in corel draw and we will use the gradient tool selecting the function elictipal fountain fill.The middle color needs to be white and and the second color needs to be black we will give a transparency for the circles with the effect color doge.Next in the video tutorial we will go back to the lines and stars and we will make them color with transparency overlay.We finalize the first step on the design. Now we need to create a colorful dark background design , for this we will use the mesh tool. Watching the online video you will understand better that this tips and tricks can help you create beautiful backgrounds.We will use the rotation tool in this design to duplicate and rotate the lines created.This will automatically create a shape of a flower.For the finale touch we will create some shapes to add some cool light shadows on the top and bottom of the design.

I like your videos so much! In this one I can't seem to overlay my lines, they just stay white...Ive followed every step, dont know why it doesnt work... would you have any ideas?
+Maria Claudia AleixIo After you created the lines and you apply the artistic media brush ( with the lines selected ) press ctrl+k this will separate the lines from the artistic media brush. Now you can delete the lines and work with the shape created
( this shapes are editabile vector now ) .

+Georgius Arga You are almost there with the result, I think you didn't make the first step right : try it first just with 1 circle. Make it black, use the gradient tool ( shortcut "G" ) Collors Black and white.On the gradient options from the menu select "fountain fill" -> "eliptical fountain fill". The color from the middle needs to be white.Here you can play on how strong the white can be ( how strong the light result will be ) . Now select transparent tool and from the transparency menu select : color dodge. This is it.Thanks !

I don't have any problem when I export. Select everything and go to bitmap - convert to bitmat - RGB Color 24 bit , Try this before exporting. And after File - Export for - Web - Png Setings RGB Color 24 bit

how to use transparancy tools for the lines on coreldraw x8?
For an object, the transparency tool will apply the effect in the same time with the outline, if you want only for the outline you need to separate it : ctr+shift+q. This will transform the outline in an object. For the brush tool , You need to separate the brush from the line: Ctrl+k . On both version the proprieties of the outline and brush will change to a vector shape.

Hi, the color mix from the background is very important, The rest all you need to do is to make the circle gradient- fountain fill - elliptical fountain fill ( 2 colors: black and white in the center ) and after make the circle transparency -> color dodge
When you set color dodge in the ball, then you move it to background, what did you do next ? What
