I haven’t heard such a pure, beautiful voice for quite a long time now. All female voices in world music nowadays are either one of the many Olivias or Jorjas - great singers but yet, voice timbre, style, songs, they all sound the same. Nemahsis sings like she builds up her own music niche, she stands out for sure. Keep it up! ❤️

Wow. She does it again. Her music is so raw and real. It’s authentic. I am so relieved to have a woman artist that continues to talk about real and painful issues. I don’t know if she does it on purpose but I love that her lyrics can relate to the Muslim hijabi experience while also leaving room for interpretation for other women to relate also. For example: women of color, body image, societies standards for women, etc. This song is so deep and raw and I can’t stop listening to it. I can’t wait to see with what you come up with next.
