@@auntiegay9225it’s an option u can turn on where chain attacks wont trigger if u hold down basic attack or ex special when hitting stunned enemies. It lets u do fancy combos like this one during the stun window to maximize ur rotation dmg.
Surprising it's better than auto chains with early Corruption (which is much easier with Bangboo chain), considering the buffs Zhu Yuan gets with Chaotic Metal.

Super Star works if you can consistently match the decibel requirements to triple chain into ultimate. It’s arguably the biggest source of single instance damage in the game but it’s arguably worse if you can’t work around it. It’s ideal if you can comfortably kill the boss in 1 stun rotation, otherwise, Starlight Engine is still king
I quite don't understand the mechanic here, why you need to delay the chain trigger and lose 15% dmg from 4-swing jazz on the first part of the stun? is it to extend stun window from delaying chain triggered? i think you also got no QA to activate starlight engine almost the whole stun duration
I still need to test this rotation, but he activated Starlight Engine with a dodge counter before the stun window, and remember that ultimates also trigger 4-swing jazz effect
@@theroses00 ah yeah he activate dodge counter on side1, but not side 2. And yeah, Ultimate trigger 4-swing jazz but as I said he lose dmg bonus from it in the first part of the stun (that include ZY's ex-skill and 4-5 shot of EBA)

I was confused by the video cause i saw nothing different than usual, and the comparison at the end confirmed that i have always done that sequence of actions ever since i built zhu yuan 😂 except using manual chains but wow, didnt expect It to be something worthy of note

The difference is most likely with the number shots compared to bangboo chain.

Zhu Yuan just have more damage in burst rotation because she was designed for this
