Hot off the success of the artist’s latest full-length album, The Light, Scandroid brings a rip-roaring, rock-infused track to the FiXT Neon: Altered compilation with "Astor Place." The song’s driving bassline supports gothic melodies, reverb-heavy guitar riffs, and powerful synth tones for one of the most dynamic tracks on the compilation. It’s a surefire hit for current and new Scandroid fans alike.

This is the moment we've been waiting for, everything we've heard so far has been leading up to this, maybe this is a sign that we have another album on the way?
He's gonna drop "The Darkness and The Light" later this year. I think it will feature songs we already know from the respective albums "The Darkness" and "The Light" with new songs like this one.
Astor Place is part of a big collab album called FiXT Neon: Altered. Has artists like 3FORCE, Mega Drive and Fury Weekend on it, among many others. So I think that's where the song will fit in. The Darkness and The Light is 90% finished by the looks of things, all that's left is to release the two albums combined, with some bonus material to top it all off.

Yeah I have to agree with you on this, I like scandroid a lot but when I compared lyrically the story that he's creating with my other "story creator" favourite group which is mind.in.a.box well... there's a lot of difference 😅 even If I take into account only the first albums of miab that were more simple in terms of lyrics

It's naive of you to think that Klayton isn't mostly about 'the sound' haha. I don't care about the lyrics as much but they're still interesting, and they span over series of songs, it's not like a single song will make perfect sense to you every time. I think you're the one that's naive tbh. And he perfectly describes what he's singing about in the description, but you probably haven't read that either
