    Wow. Rae the northern lights is so Awesome... very nice. I very much love the unique ness of this one. Remember a business owner /artist always want perfection but we make things one at a time by hand which in itself make it special. We do not crank them out on assembly line. Each creation has its own story. You work is beautiful don't beat yourself up over brush marks we learn an move forward. Hugs Sheryl. ITS AWESOME....💙🎨💙

      I dont actually believe in perfect I have an acceptable level of good enough I strive for 🤪😅 trying for perfect is a set up for failure.

    Love it! I like how it's like your version of the northern lights and the glitter was just the right touch!

    Rae this is soo gorgeous! I've watched several different Northern LIghts tutorials and yours is by far the best and the prettiest! Absolutely love it! How do think brushing the micas on a black spray painted cup would work before adding epoxy? Was just curious about whether or not it might work. Thank you so much for sharing your work! Beautiful as always. 🌹

      I think Brushing it on using the tack it method would probably work just fine probably easier actually.... gimme a few days and I'll test that way out 🤷‍♀️

    Would you be able to use a silicone makeup brush? No stray pieces of the brush to have to pick out. Every time I go to the Dollar Tree I pick up a couple because they say when the stock gone there won’t be any more. The plus is they are easy to clean so they don’t have to be throw aways. Love this tumbler. It’s more like the skies in north WA state.

    Hi Rae. What a beautiful tumbler!!! Love he colors and the glitter and stars were just the right amount! By chance do you happen to know where you got the tree line from? I've been trying to find one I like. I liked this one. Thank ou so much and Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with all of us!

      I had to put it together myself from a bunch of individual images since I couldn't find one I liked and unfortunately the way it was made on design space I can't share it.

    Would a dollar tree make up brush work for the micas? I've seen these cups done before and I really love how your sky has more depth to it.

    • @RaesTurquoiseTurtle
      @RaesTurquoiseTurtle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I usually use makeup brushes from dollar tree for my tack it tumblers I wanted something a little stiffer but I probably should have stuck with the make up brush. I'm going to do the next with a make up brush and tack it soon....

    👋. Does anyone know if..... I applied colorshift mica to a tumbler. I then put my resin. The result wasn’t good. Should it be sealed with something before resin? 🤔
    Thank you for any input. 😊
