Not a doctor of course but I had long C*vid after my second time having it and it took a year for me to start feeling back to normal again. If I took a workout class I’d be insanely tired for two days after, it’s called post exertional malaise. Not sure if that’s what’s causing you to be so tired but it could be something to look into! There’s medication now that can help with the fatigue. Hope you feel better!
