They’ll show you how they set up their design and how they got there Image to apply correctly but they won’t tell you or show you how to size the rhinestones correctly. thank you so much. Since CorelDraw doesn't allow macros for the Mac version of their software, our Mac customers use outside software like Bootcamp or Parallels to create a Windows environment to use the TRW Design Wizard. Any of our rhinestone designs can be uploaded to Design Space--make sure to use the file marked CRAFTER in the downloads. And our TTF or True Type Fonts can just be typed, like he did in this video. I must say u are doing a excellent job. I like the fact that you are very clear and process. Thanks so much for giving your all in making me a better crafter and everyone else that’s involved but I do have a question, I was doing so well in executing my project until this happens. Every time I click on the cut lines I wish to hide on the image itself the loading is processing but it will take me back to my canvas and I can’t make the One circle to change the correct size so I can make my Rhinestone Template. Please help.

So I tried it and got stuck only because I'm such a newbie lol. Followed all the steps in Design Space and then it asked me what material to select and I had no clue :(( , so I cancelled everything. I’m soo thrilled and happy I found this video. I am wanting to do some rhinestone shirts and I love learning new techniques everyday. I do have one huge question as I’m new to this. Could I use a chipboard to cut this out on vs cutting it on flock. Or is flock the best thing to use when dealing with rhinestone layering? I ask because since these are reusable I thought it wouldn’t make a difference if it was cut out on a board vs flock.
Flock can be reused dozens of times. Just take care of it and replace it on it's backing once finished. Plus it works best with the stones, the material is perfect for flipping the stones into the correct position with the brushing. -TRW Crystal

I found online the same measurement (0.135) for a ss13 ...Is there a chart that lists the size for fonts? Sorry if this sounds confusing 😊

If you're having troubles, we have thousands of other fonts and designs on site. Be sure to look in the free design a day template, there's a free font in there and new designs daily! :-) -TRW Crystal
I'd love to order from you but shipping is equally as expensive as the order, regardless of how many items in the cart :( tried with the hotfix starter kit (29.99)m added the 6$ large brush and some hotfix transfer tape (10) and it was 45.93USD- shipping 43.70USD [this isn't even factoring CAD currency conversion). My original plan also had a roll of the flock (65$) but 188$ (with 78$ of it as shipping was too absurd). not your fault it costs an arm and vital organ to ship to my area, and I'm not even a remote location either. As a cricut user, this was very helpful and I've been a fan of your vids for a while. Very informative and doesn't drag on and you list all the steps every time clearly. no questions left unanswered. #fan

Thanks for the kind words! Depending on your budget, you can get started with a craft vinyl cutter, like the Silhouette Cameo or the Cricut. Both are nice little vinyl cutters, but the thing that sets them apart from each other is the software. Silhouette Cameo offers 3 levels of software and the top level also lets you export your work. Cricut's Design Space is rather limited and you cannot export your work. Both the Cricut and Cameo have 12" vinyl cutters, or the Cameo Pro is a 24" vinyl cutter. The margins in the vinyl decal business are the best in the business and you'll be able to cut a myriad of materials with any of these vinyl cutters. When your business grows to the point that you need a faster vinyl cutter, because you have that many orders, the Graphtec is the vinyl cutter we use in most of our videos. That's gonna be tough in Design Space! I recommend taking a look at the designs on our website and holding off on creating your own until you're ready to upgrade to a software like Silhouette Studio, which works better with rhinestones. - TRW Haley
Uploading a ready-made Rhinestone Design to Design Space works exactly the same. You won't be able to CREATE your own designs in Design Space, though, as it's such a limiting software. We recommend using outside software to design your own designs and export your work as svg to upload to Design Space. Silhouette Studios Business Edition is a great starting software. If you're looking for something with a lot more design functions, we always use CorelDraw and our TRW Design Wizard. -TRW Pilar

Do you have a list of the changes for each rhinestones sizes? So that i can easily just have in had the correct size for the cricut design space. This is so much easier like way way easier than the other video i watched on youtube. I am subscribing for me and my granddaughter, that you for this video and will be looking into purchasing rhinestones to get her started in rhinestones.
OK so let's say I am doing a shamrock and I did the contour step and marched the size for ss20. Now if I change size of my shamrock will I need to redo the circle sizes? I guess I should do my shamrock size first then the contour step right? Sorry that's like several questions. I'm sure you understand lol.
I'm following your steps but my text keeps getting larger than I want it to cut once I show all contours again. How can I get it to stay at the desired cut size

So I tried it and got stuck only because I'm such a newbie lol. Followed all the steps in Design Space and then it asked me what material to select and I had no clue :(( , so I cancelled everything. I’m soo thrilled and happy I found this video. I am wanting to do some rhinestone shirts and I love learning new techniques everyday. I do have one huge question as I’m new to this. Could I use a chipboard to cut this out on vs cutting it on flock. Or is flock the best thing to use when dealing with rhinestone layering? I ask because since these are reusable I thought it wouldn’t make a difference if it was cut out on a board vs flock.
Flock can be reused dozens of times. Just take care of it and replace it on it's backing once finished. Plus it works best with the stones, the material is perfect for flipping the stones into the correct position with the brushing. -TRW Crystal

How would you know what measurement to change an ss13 stone to? You mention the font ss10 is 0.135.
I found online the same measurement (0.135) for a ss13 ...Is there a chart that lists the size for fonts? Sorry if this sounds confusing 😊
Our next size up on our charts from the ss10 at .135, is for ss16 at .173, so split the difference a bit and you should be all set!

If you're having troubles, we have thousands of other fonts and designs on site. Be sure to look in the free design a day template, there's a free font in there and new designs daily! :-)

I'd love to order from you but shipping is equally as expensive as the order, regardless of how many items in the cart :( tried with the hotfix starter kit (29.99)m added the 6$ large brush and some hotfix transfer tape (10) and it was 45.93USD- shipping 43.70USD [this isn't even factoring CAD currency conversion). My original plan also had a roll of the flock (65$) but 188$ (with 78$ of it as shipping was too absurd). not your fault it costs an arm and vital organ to ship to my area, and I'm not even a remote location either. As a cricut user, this was very helpful and I've been a fan of your vids for a while. Very informative and doesn't drag on and you list all the steps every time clearly. no questions left unanswered. #fan

Depending on your budget, you can get started with a craft vinyl cutter, like the Silhouette Cameo or the Cricut. Both are nice little vinyl cutters, but the thing that sets them apart from each other is the software. Silhouette Cameo offers 3 levels of software and the top level also lets you export your work. Cricut's Design Space is rather limited and you cannot export your work. Both the Cricut and Cameo have 12" vinyl cutters, or the Cameo Pro is a 24" vinyl cutter. The margins in the vinyl decal business are the best in the business and you'll be able to cut a myriad of materials with any of these vinyl cutters. When your business grows to the point that you need a faster vinyl cutter, because you have that many orders, the Graphtec is the vinyl cutter we use in most of our videos.

That's gonna be tough in Design Space! I recommend taking a look at the designs on our website and holding off on creating your own until you're ready to upgrade to a software like Silhouette Studio, which works better with rhinestones.

Its Good but what if you want to do a logo and not a text
Uploading a ready-made Rhinestone Design to Design Space works exactly the same. You won't be able to CREATE your own designs in Design Space, though, as it's such a limiting software. We recommend using outside software to design your own designs and export your work as svg to upload to Design Space. Silhouette Studios Business Edition is a great starting software. If you're looking for something with a lot more design functions, we always use CorelDraw and our TRW Design Wizard. -TRW Pilar

Do you have a list of the changes for each rhinestones sizes? So that i can easily just have in had the correct size for the cricut design space. This is so much easier like way way easier than the other video i watched on youtube. I am subscribing for me and my granddaughter, that you for this video and will be looking into purchasing rhinestones to get her started in rhinestones.

Can you show us how to put a name on the maker wrap??? I have tried a few different things but they have not worked.
OK so let's say I am doing a shamrock and I did the contour step and marched the size for ss20. Now if I change size of my shamrock will I need to redo the circle sizes? I guess I should do my shamrock size first then the contour step right? Sorry that's like several questions. I'm sure you understand lol.

What do I do if my circles cut to close and they dont pull up from the mat?
That's no fun :-( Our files are perfectly spaced to not run together or get too close. If you have projects that are, there's nothing you can do but edit them farther apart so the flock won't rip or "merge" the circles.
