It was in black and white the details of the upkeep fees he will continue to pay. So despite not being physically present he is still fully financially responsible hence he is STILL LOOKING after his child. DF on the other hand is NOT doing any of that rather he has washed his hands of his own biological children and is busy being father of the year for another mans kids. He has said himself he is no longer pushing for relationship with his kids.
