- In today's episode we're going to do something that a lot of you have requested for on my Instagram -- a box break of NBA Cards! Together with Glen Sumang and his brother Jean, we unbox NBA Cards Prizim Panini box worth around P14,000. Let's take a look if we can break even. I doubt I will, haha. This one is all for fun. Hinahype ka lang nyan idol hahaha baba lang ng mga value na nabreak mo. Then tig 8k lang yung mega box na prizm.
Masyado nga hinahype e. Nakakainis. Hindi porket sikat un player ibig sabihin mataas ang value. Un kyrie irving dominance $2-3 lng. Mga nang uuto lang yan.
Parang wala namang alam yung mga kasama... I say do some research first before getting into this hobby especially since prices are crazy right now.

Overpriced ung evaluation ng mga kasama mo sir, most ng cards dyan isinasama lang sa mga NBA cards mystery packs nalang, Tyler Herro base Prizm baba nyan, if you are willing to spend and makabawi bigtime go for Luka's rookie year boxes. Luka plus Trae bawi ka na. Or Zion's and Ja's rookie year. The 2020 21 rookie batch with Lamelo bumaba ang values.
Mga Box break talaga binabayaran mo yun thrill/for entertainment, pero best return/para kumita is buying lots of star payers. Case in point, I just bought a 42 card lot of Luka for $66. If I sell 1/4 of those bawi na agad yun cost ng entire lot, the rest extra na Lang, puwede pamigay as freebie.

To be completely honest, those cards are not worth 10k++ in the Philippine Market , maybe just 3k or less. But nevertheless, enjoyed the video :)

Yup i agree. I think sir carlo used the buy it now prices not the recent comps but it was fun watching the box break. Hopefully he can open a case next time :)

You can buy cases from those who import them from abroad but very expensive haha, better buy singles so you can choose the player/card :)

Sobra sobra yun paghype sa value ng cards nun mga ksama ni boss carlo sa vlog. Should get more credible guys on presenting contents like this lalo na kung may prices involved. Kawawa lang newbies na mahyhype at bibili ng boxes at aasang mas malaki kikitain nila sa pagopen ng isang box kaysa sa price nito. In reality kasi, ang binbayran mo sa personal breaks ay yun experience actually. Swerte nalang kung makapull ka ng valuable cards. Napafacepalm nalang ako nun RC Nico Mannion priced at $20 while in fact 2 dollars lang ang BV nya. Cmon!

Try getting singles lang sir carlo.. ako kakaumpisa ko lang like yesterday. Singles nalang para sulit yung pag spend mo and not the hit and miss approach. Well exciting mag unbox definetly pero kung gagastos lang dn ng malake, i suggest you go singles nlng. Opinion lang po Sir Carlo no hate salamat.

brings back the childhood memories during 90's na naka binder pa yung mga cards at pupunta sa Fiesta Carnival sa Cubao para maghanap ng ka trade or mapagbebentahan.. also, my first heartbreak that time i have a Michael Jordan Holographic card which is valued around 5k pesos during that time, tapos may classmate ako na wala alam sa nba card na nilabas sa binder para makita ung ibat ibat angle ng hologram ng card at na damage nya, then POOF! value goes down the drain.. sa sobrang inis ko tuloy nasapak ko ung classmate ko haha!

Unfortunately, like what other people are saying in the comments, the prices your co-presenter gave for the cards were overblown. The only valuable cards right now are rookie cards and league superstars. You can barely make money off of base cards (with the exception of course of people like Lebron or Luka). Also, Prizm is notoriously bad this year with off-centered prints and really tough hits. Would suggest trying out a different product, and maybe people who might know more about the current market. Hope to see more card stuff on your channel!

Sobrang nalugi kayo. Mahal ng megabox. Meron mas lower price sa iba. And obviously malayo ang value per card. Most of the cards you got are 50-200 pesos lang.

Yung sinabe niyong prices are not accurate. even tho minsan mataas sa bv and ebay sold prices. Iba parin yung Local Market price. Kung nakikita mo tlga prices sa fb card groups here in the philippines hindi ganyan ung prices. Mas mababa siya actually. Sa totoo lang true value ng mga nakuha mo is around P5000 to P7000 only.
Wow nice NBA cards naman. Original collection ko ng NBA cards ay Jason Kidd at Mike Bibby then ngayon Steph Curry. Not into super expensive cards Boss Carlo. Ung tamang presyo at mura lang. Enjoy ko lang pag collect ng fave NBA players ko. Before eBay PH source ko until na discover ko Courtside which mas okay since they sell single cards. 🙂🏀

Sir ask yourself muna kung invest ka or collect ka. If you arw looking to invest, better buy yung mga one of one boxes. Pero kung hobby mo at may player ka na icocollect i'd say go for those boxes.

I still have NBA and Magic the gathering cards feeling ko mababawi naman... pag maganda sleeves agad and into toploader yung iba boss carlo may matt pa na pinapatong yung cards para di madamage. Well mabusisi talaga siya sir carlo and selling it since raw cards yan medyo mahirap mas ok din kung na appraise na yung card pero medyo pricey din ang pagaapraise.
