This house is beyond gorgeous!! I always love how much detail and thought you put into your houses! Honestly I don't even mind not seeing the floorplan in builds, I know from experience that they can be really tricky, tedious and time consuming to figure out sometimes and that a lot of the time you change things multiple times anyway. Plus having floorplan screenshots at the end is always much easier for me to see how someone has done a floorplan anyway rather than trying to follow it in a sped up speed build :D

Here in Southern California it’s most common for the master bedroom to have an on suite bathroom and then another bathroom elsewhere in the house unattached to a bedroom. It’s also common to have a half bathroom downstairs and then an unattached full bathroom on the second floor
This is one of my favorite kind of house! I love the most traditional exterior and the mostly modern/cleaner interior. 🖤 And I'm 100% in love with that kitchen, my real life kitchen goal!

I'm sure that when Aveline posts her videos, she watches the comments to see constructive feedback or people saying how much they love her which *don't get me wrong, there is that all the time* but its probably annoying to see " *FIRST FIRST FIRST* " like, yeah, it's great that people are supportive and watch her right away, but she *can* see that from the views. I don't know. I just feel that it is unnecessary to comment "first." I know I'm not the first person to be annoyed by this, but nobody ever provides an explanation so it just continues. Every time a viewer interacts (likes, dislikes, comments) with a video it increases the "engagement" percent of the video. The higher the engagement, the more likely the video will show up in other people's home page or recommended and it's an important measure of success on social media. As much as I agree it's annoying and doesn't add anything to the conversation, it shows viewers care enough to comment which overall is better for Aveline's career so we should support that.
