Please you did not clearly understand exactly what Dr Tony Aidoo said. You are interpreting what he said to mean that at NDC congresses they only focus on how to win elections without any programs. That wasn't so. This is what he said just based on the short clip you played. He lamented that NDC uses their congresses just for the election of party officials without any time to discuss policies and programs AT the Congress. You are making it sound like NDC meets at congress to discuss only how to win general elections in Ghana. As it happens in some other jurisdictions, parties may have policy conventions to discuss and adopt policy options. As a policy guys he doesn't get any fulfillment if the Congress is only a "razzmatazz" of who wins what party position. What Dr Aidoo described for NDC is the same as happens in NPP and also other parties in Ghana. So, he is not saying anything that makes NDC any worse than any other party..
