જીજાબાઇ
રાજમાતા જીજાબાઈ ની પુણ્યતિથી છે
જીજામાતા જન્મ 12મી જાન્યુઆરી 1598 ના રોજ લાખોજીરાવ જાદવ ને ત્યાં મહારાષ્ટ્ર ના બુલધના જીલ્લા માં થયો હતો.તેઓ ના લજ્ઞ શાહજીરાજે ભોસલે સાથે થયા હતા. શાહજી થી તેઓ ને આઠ સંતાનો થયા જેમા છ પુત્રીઓ અને બે પુત્ર રત્ન . તેમના બન્ને પુત્રો શાંભાજી અને શિવાજી યે ખુબજ પ્રસીધ્ધિ મેળવી.
તેઓ પતી ને તેમના દરેક કાર્યો મા સહાયક બનતા.સંજોગો વસાત શાહજી ને કર્ણાટક જવુપડ્યુ અને તેમણે ત્યાં બીજા લજ્ઞ કર્યા અને તેમના જ્યેષ્ઠ પુત્ર શાંભાજી પિતા સથે રહ્યા અને શિવાજી જીજામાત સાથે પુણે આવી ને રહ્યા.
જીજામાતા એક સહાસીક અને કુશળ રાજનિતિજ્ઞ સ્ત્રિ હતા તેઓ સ્વતંત્ર રાજ્ય ના હિમાયતી હત્તા. જેની ઝાંખી શિવાજી ના સંસ્કારો મા જોવા મળે છે, તેઓએ શિવાજી ને રામાયણ, મહાભારત,બાલારાજા ની કથાઓ કહી શિવાજી મા અખુટ સાહસ , વીરતા નુ સિંચન કર્યુ અને શિવાજી ની અંદર સ્વરાજ્ય ના બીજ રોપ્યા. જીજામાતા ના મોટા પુત્ર શાંભાજી નુ મ્રુત્યુ કર્ણાટક માં અફઝલ ખાન સાથે ના યુદ્ધ મા થયું. ત્યાર બાદ શાહજીરજે ના અવશા‌ન પર જીજાબાઈ યે સતી થવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો પરંતુ શિવાજી ના મનાવવા બાદ તેમને નિર્ણય પરિવર્તિત કર્યો. ત્યાર બાદ શિવાજી અનેક સફળતા ઓ પ્રાપ્ત કરી જેનો શ્રેય જીજામાતા ને જાય છે. શિવાજી ની અનેક સફળતા ઓ જોયા બાદ જીજામાત નુ 18મી જુન 1674 ના રોજ તેઓનુ અવસાન થયું
👉 જીજાબાઈ અને જયવંતાબાઈ જેવી માતા ઓજ ઈતિહાસ ના રાજ્ય પુરુષ ને જન્મ આપિ શકે છે.
માટે જ કહેવુ પડે કે....
જનની જણ તો ભગત જણજે
કાં દાતાર કાં સુર
કાયર બેટળા ને જન્મ આપી
તુ ન ગુમાવીસ નુર રે...
નૈ તો માળી વાંઝણી રે...જે..
આવા છોરુ કોઇ દી' ના દેજે.
👉 " શિવાજીનું હાલરડું - ઝવેરચંદભાઈ મેઘાણી "
આભમાં ઊગેલ ચાંદલો, ને જીજાબાઇને આવ્યાં બાળ,
બાળુડાને માત હીંચોળે, ધણણણ ડુંગરા બોલે.
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
પેટમાં પોઢીને સાંભળેલી બાળે રામ-લખમણની વાત
માતાજીને મુખ જે દી’થી, ઊડી એની ઊંઘ તે દી’થી.
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
પોઢજો રે, મારાં બાળ ! પોઢી લેજો પેટ ભરીને આજ,
કાલે કાળાં જુદ્ધ ખેલાશે : સૂવાટાણું ક્યાંય ન રહેશે.
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
ધાવજો રે, મારાં પેટ ! ધાવી લેજો ખૂબ ધ્રપીને આજ,
રહેશે નહીં, રણઘેલુડા ! ખાવા મૂઠી ધાનની વેળા.
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
પ્હેરી - ઓઢી લેજો પાતળાં રે ! પીળાં-લાલ-પીરોજી ચીર,
કાયા તારી લોહીમાં ન્હાશે : ઢાંકણ તે દી ઢાલનું થાશે.
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
ઘૂઘરા, ધાવણી, પોપટ-લાકડી ફેરવી લેજો આજ,
તે દી’ તારે હાથ રહેવાની, રાતી બંબોળ ભવાની.
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
લાલ કંકુ કેરા ચાંદલા ને ભાલે તાણજો કેસરાઆડ્ય,
તે દી’ તો સિંદોરિયા થાપા, છાતી માથે ઝીલવા, બાપા
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
આજ માતા ચોડે ચૂમીયું રે બાળા ! ઝીલજો બેવડ ગાલ,
તે દી’ તારાં મોઢડાં માથે ધૂંવાધાર તોપ મંડાશે.
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
આજ માતાજીની ગોદમાં રે તુંને હૂંફ આવે આઠ પ્હોર,
તે દી’ કાળી મેઘલી રાતે વાયુ ટાઢા મોતના વાશે.
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
આજ માતા દેતી પાથરી રે કૂણાં ફૂલડાં કેરી સેજ,
તે દી’ તારી વીરપથારી પાથરશે વીશભુજાળી
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
આજ માતાજીને ખોળલે રે તારાં માથડાં ઝોલે જાય,
તે દી તારે શિર ઓશીકાં મેલાશે તીર- બંધૂકા
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે.
સૂઈ લેજે, મારા કેસરી રે ! તારી હિંદવાણ્યું જોવે વાટ,
જાગી વ્હેલો આવ, બાલુડા ! માને હાથ ભેટ બંધાવા
જાગી વ્હેલો આવજે, વીરા ! ટીલું માના લોહીનું લેવા
શિવાજીને નીંદરું ના’વે, માતા જીજાબાઇ ઝુલાવે..!!
