Honestly it’s so much better then marvels avengers it’s just the fact that because of bad marvels avengers was is why guardians of the galaxy didn’t do well yet when people played it they loved it

Playing this on current gen sucks.. I had to redo the hives, 30 war zones and 100 daily assignments because they didn’t track
@FireSkull2015 I did it on ps4 last year and it was tough. I was just praying that every one I played was the last. When I got a PS5 I made sure to auto pop it straight away, I feel like deserved an extra free platinum. I was not gonna do it again 😂
Getting 100% in this game was a slog! Those HIVE missions and 50 cache strongboxes were a grindy nightmare.
Sadly I won't be able to get the platinum because the strongboxes cache are now gone forever and the HIVE missions are actually easy I get them quite easily now

Platinum aside, as someone who really liked Avengers, I admit it's only really cool if you were already a big Marvel fan. Half the enjoyment is just watching them come to life in the game's own interpretations of the characters. But I wouldn't do the platinum, my god that's brutal.
The fact that you took the time to platinum this terrible game is worthy of respect. I wouldn't wish such torture on my worst of enemies. A tip of the hat to you, kind sir.

I think the reason I didn’t find this game’s platinum that grindy was because I played it casually a lot so most of the trophies came naturally to without me ever having to go out of my way to get them. But looking at it from a your perspective of just going for the plat, I can definitely see how it can be Grindy now. Congrats on the plat and great video. And step 4 was very relatable.
At launch several trophies were glitched and unlocked even sooner or way later than they should have. The 50 Intelligence files didn't unlock until I collected 76 of them. The Hives became tedious at the end. I actually enjoyed the story somewhat, but too bad it will remain unfinished with no Captain Marvel. Thor was my favorite to play as. I am happy that the game autopopped on PS5!
Your Mafia video made me excited to jump on the game and get the platinum myself...which I did. This video also makes me excited...to never ever attempting this🤣 step 4 was brilliant, best one ever🤣 at least all your suffering payed off with the plat! This game was horrible to platinum, never deleted a game as fast I did with Marvel's avengers after finishing. Grats on the plat and keep up the great work!
A huge tip if you're trying to get this plat right now!!!. I'm currently trying to get the plat before the game gets removed from PS plus and I found that you can do faction assignments without waiting if you change the date and time settings on your ps4/ps5. First of all exit the game completely (Will not work if you're in the game) then go into settings-system-Date and Time. Then change the time by how much time you need to wait for another assingmants for faction xp, if you need 10 hours then move the time up by 10 hours etc... Then get into the game and the assignments should reset. Do it as long as you like and when you'll change back to your current time, the progress will remain. Hope this helps :)
that doesn't work every time.. I tried it multiple times on multiple different days, I changed everything date, time, year.. tried going forward in time, back in time, I tried 100's of times.. I also tried disconnecting from the internet both before and after to test.. you can only ever get a online set and an offline set of challenges, you cant ever constantly change them to get 100's of missions to do that trophy in 1 day.

I remember being 1 trophy away from a Platinum and only needed the fully upgraded kit achievement. However, it had been broken for years after an update to the upgrade system. After I was fixed, years later, I logged into the game, updated it, upgraded a bit of kit and finally got the final trophy. It was broken for years and literally impossible to platinum
Ah yeah, I remember that Investing in the Future trophy. I played this game on day one and unlocked it on day 2, well before they changed it. I got lucky, since I came back to platinum the game a year later during the unattainable period and realised that by sheer luck I had gotten the one problem trophy.
The game is perfectly fine as a filler, between games.
Seems like the main issues people have is going after trophies, and the grind involved.
If you're not worried about trophies, many of the issues go away.
This reminds me that I am close to this Platinum. Should probably get round to finishing it
This is exactly why I ended up going for the Avengers platinum. I can confirm it's pure torture, but I'm still glad I have it.

Honestly, go you man. I tired to platinum this game twice. Once on Ps4 and then once again when Spider-Man came out on the Ps5. The first time burned me out so much I legit ended up taking like nearly 3 months off getting platinums and the second time almost burned me out but I stopped quite early instead of forcing myself to play.

As a Marvel fan my whole life, I didn't mind the grind of this game at all BUT it definitely has major problems and still wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Congrats dude thank you for suffering for the content. ❤

I won't lie I did had fun doing this platinum. Well I did get it a month after it's release and the HIVE grind was tedious but otherwise I really had alot of fun playing as Black Widow (One of my favorite Avengers)

Shame this game is losing support. The graphics and gameplay was great (when it wasn’t repetitive). Really enjoyed this game even though a lot of people didn’t.
The combat was stellar sadly for such a well designed moveset for each hero the actual enemies just didn't require it every character had its best moves and you just used that, like why would I use kamalas stagger low kick when after the story literally nothing gets staggered? This game had alot of potential and will be one of the only games where I get to play a cool ms marvel but sadly it will not be remembered fondly (we also never got she hulk 🥲)
You can still play it if you have it. So there’s that I guess.

I enjoyed this game a lot but there’s a part of me hated the game because of how glitchy and grindy the trophies are. i was satisfied deleting the game more than getting the platinum.
If they focused more on this games single player, it could of been more of a success

Man I loved that. I also did that. Then after the game spoils the entire story it tells you that that mode spoils the story. Too late.
And this was the final patched version I played 🙄How hard is it to make that message show up before you play it? 😒Not that the story was that interesting anyway

3 minutes into the video, before even started the campaing my man over there shouts a "I'm so confused.." this is the game design of Marvel Avengers ladies and gentleman :D
This just reminds me of having to wait a week for Zur to reset his stuff on destiny 2 so I could have a chance of getting a gun I needed… many, many, many weeks of waiting. Another annoying one that I’ve done is Riders Republic and getting 50 mass races done. But I still wanna play and platinum Marvels Avengers, I don’t mind watching a film and grinding aimlessly.

1: 50 hives
2: level 25 faction
3: 50 cache boxes

Cache boxes isn’t that bad since you can just start one mission, grab it, leave, repeat. The other two; I get it.

I plat this game a month after it released and ohh god... the hive trophy was bugged and even patches didnt fix it i played (no joke) over 80 hive missions to open that 1 trophy

imo the story and gameplay are great, it's the end game, multiplayer aspects and the horrible monetisation of the game that are terrible

dont worry about it, until the very end.. and then once you finally get the option of "upgrading" your gear (using other gear) just keep using golds + golds to make more golds, and you'll eventually get it, thats what I did as I heard the trophy was bugged.. hope this kinda helps

I platinumed this game like a month and a half ago. Did it using the PS4 version on PS5 so I could get the plat twice lol. It wasn't a horrible game it was just time consuming.
Did they fix the “unobtainable” trophy? I only have the digital version on ps5
@@LuizFrodo The trophies were not 'unobtainable' in a sense they just weren't tracking correctly so for some you might need to do more than what was asked. Game wasn't horrible just tedious.

This game isn't that bad to platinum if you aren't rushing through it like this. This game isn't made to be done in 9 days. It's made to be treated like a live service game and played over time. I played since launch in September 2020 and got the at in March 2022
a live service that was shut down after 3 years because of how poor it performed, and how terribly it was received.. the game aimed for a long life like ESO or even The Division, but was so miserable to became a joke.
The game, the platinum, the story, everything about it is just poor.. as the comments on this video will show and the user reviews on literally any platform
A live service where you watch videos from launch complaining about all these problems and then all those issues are in the “complete” final patched game years later. Lol.
The game sucks and the plat sucks even more. Hives aren’t fun. Doing 50 was never going to be fun. Doing more than one is too much since they’re all the same tedious bs as the main game’s badly designed levels.
I played it like I do all games. Explored each crappy open area doing each icon in the map. It just wasted time I’ll never get back. The only saving grace this game has is that I also played Biomutant so it wasn’t as bad at wasting my time as that (that game lets you skip 70% of one type of content because it knows it sucks)
How about Shadow of the Tomb Raider?? The difficulty trophy is kind of annoying due to the limited saves but not too bad after all and a kind of underrated game in my opinion.
This was literally the only game that I didn't even bother giving a try because of what reviews said and everyone said about it. I generally always will play a game and come to my own conclusions but I didn't for this game and after watching like a full playthrough of the game, I'm glad I didn't. It isn't absolutely horrible but should have been so much better. Maybe I'd get it if it's like $10 lol

I got the platinum for this one back when it was still glitched at launch. 50 intelligence files didn’t unlock until I had almost all of them. Harm room 1-5 was glitched. Terrible.
i played the snot out of this game with a friend and had a really good time, and even as someone who enjoyed this game. the 50 hive trophy can suck my dandelions. i'm certain it was bugged when i played
This was a pretty easy Platinum. one bugged on me, but replaying it wasn't a problem at all
hey i was wondering how you got investing in the future . apparently that trophy is unobtainable apart from if you stop downloads so i was wondering how you popped that. working on the plat rn
I'm going to assume you're at the "max" level and have the gear that you can combine, if you arent there yet then dont worry about the trophy until your "max" gear level.. and now all if not most of your loot pick ups are Yellow/Purple rarity, so what I did as I heard it was a broken trophy, I just kept combining items purple & yellow together until you get a 139 or 140 item.. I think its 140, then the trophy will pop, I had to do it maybe 30-40 times before I got it

You should have waited til March 31st mate. There will be every microtransaction free and a comstant 1.5x multiplier. And more! So if you waited, it would have taken a lot less hours. Im going to download the game on April 1st

I wamted to get the platinum on this, but it became so grindy that i said screw it after i beat the campaign. The story mode i genuinely thought was a fun little treat, but once the game wanted have the live services grind for the trophies, it became unbearable.

You should do Guardians of the Galaxy. It's a great game. A beautiful game. And not a hard platinum. Also the soundtrack is incredible.

Alright so quick question, I just beat MORDOK and watched Monika become the new villain... After that the credits rolled and I was back on the helicarrier as Ironman. On my left side was Kate bishop and Hawkeye and in front of me was nick fury.... I was a bit confused of what was happening so I searched up to see the ending on TH-cam... all the video I came across was from the early life cycle of the game and it was a shield woman talking through a voice call instead of nick fury who was there in person in my case... So I am searching for the most recent and changed ending. If anyone can help out or link a video it would be much appreciated.

I got the platinum to this game a few months ago. It is not fun.
Aside from the campaign, this game really just isn't worth playing. It's extremely repetitive.
Edit: I will say I am still glad I got this platinum trophy. It is currently my rarest platinum at 0.7% on PS5.
