Hey there, nice video and fights! :D I've just started a hero Luriken yesterday, with spear, without having seen this here, but I really already have fun playing her. Any advice on how to level best? And do I need to craft, or can I find items and stuff which is even with yours? Regards and greetings from Germany.
Thanks. For leveling I would focus on large weapon or spear to max your DPS, then get shield for some positional stuns. If you're tanking in PvE (dungeons) I would spec more into 1h blades/shield. The key item that helps in my template is: Veil-touched Hauberk - which is a healing chest, hard to fit into template and cap stats without some good ROG items, but very useful. 30% heal over 30 seconds. The other thing that helps me in this video is pairing high parry with the large weapon parry reactional stun style, so I don't need slam.

Healer/valks are some of the best duo classes, mid melee is very strong for 5 man, and mid caster is one of the strongest 8 man. This is pretty universally recognized by skilled players in my opinion. Most of what you're seeing in this video is people underestimating how long a fight with a hero is, and making lots mistakes.
slam is roughly 10.5% miss rate, most other styles are much lower. so if you use higher to-hit styles, the follow ups that typically have a higher miss rate (slam) should be more likely to land.

Didnt know Hero's had so many spells/debuffs....thought only champions did
Str/Con + Dex/Quick dual proc debuffs are from 2h Hammer, 40% asr is a /use item in the template.
