    Slide 7 and the speaker (starting at about 2:33 in the video) both say that that one requirement is the business has to be owned by a 'socially and economically disadvantaged' person. Could someone define what that means exactly please?

    Does anyone know if the 10% penalty for early IRA withdrawal is enough of a penalty, or does SBA only take into account penalties from the company where retirement funds are held, i.e., LPL, Pershing...

    The problem with SBA EIDL Targeted customers service is lack of transparency on what to answer a specific question about application mostly they answer is incoherent my application is lingering in there system for almost a year if you send email no one respond back to you the automated answer is completely irrelevant to your question it is frustrating not to speak to someone about the progress of your application for almost a year I will rate SBA 2 out of 10
