Mam, your explanation is good &help ful. In factoraisation problem:2y cube+y square -2y -1, I get (y-1) (y+1 ) (y+1 ) as answer. Whereas, book answer is ( y-1) (y+1 ) (2y+1 ). Please explain where I went wrong.
