Everyone seems to be wondering why Karma lost. So here. Karma already knew he would have lost the fight from the moment Nagisa stepped in and shot Karma's team. Nagisa had many points in time with Karma during that fight he could have brought him down, but never took them. Karma knew this, and also had many of his own points he did the same. The battle was not a true fight between them, because both knew that the other could have brought them down before. It was simply a matter of them training at that point. Even at the end, it is shown as that in the episode. The fight also showed the differences between the two characters, and allowed them to express two very different fighting styles. The Assassin vs The Common Fighter. I mean look at the way the two battle. Karma clearly knows he is powerful and uses his strength and height advantages. Nagisa on the other hand is tricky, and has no fighting experience other than the assassination classroom. Nagisa will use his training and trick Karma using more sneaky/stealth attacks than anything else. It is a rather poetic battle that in the end. No one trully could have won.
Or maybe if it was a real battle Karma could've crushed his neck and kill him. even in the end Nagisa was retarded, he grappled Karma, falling together with him right at the place the knife was (no it wasn't luck, Karma was holding the blade before he dropped it due to tackle, it was supposed to be there) Nagisa had nothing over Karma, same goes for Karma prior to the fight, they were completely secure
Frozen Grace Karma would've raped Nagisa. Karma gave up himself. Nagisa said he is the most talented in this field. Karasuma said the same. Karma would've bodied Nagisa. He decided not too.
+Tracer Overwatch...Karma's specialty is hand to hand combat, when he couldn't get out that last choke-hold and tried to use that knife, he realized he lost. Karma is the one that dragged Nagisa from his specialty (surprise attack ''assassination'') and brought into his dog fight, he would have felt ashamed if he won like that.
I love them bove but I also don't think that there realy is any character I hate in the anime. And yeah I thougt it's realy cool that we get a bit badass Karma again. He was so docil in the last few episodes.

Am I the only one who is incredibly impressed right now? Both of them are still like 15 and look at them, they're all out fighting against each other (I know it's the assassination classroom and that's what they've been training for). I mean I am seriously impressed. I just also really love this fight as it shows their true feelings and how they have differing opinions; Nagisa wanting to save Koro-sensei since he wants to keep learning from him and believes it's the right thing to do and Karma wanting to kill him as to stick to the mission since that was their relationship to begin with and he believes it's the right thing to do. Also, remember how Koro-sensei had told Okano that when the students are killing him he feels the most loved? Well, Karma has always tried to kill him so I'm just thinking... does Karma love Koro-sensei more than Nagisa does, now? It's so adorable to think about.
