I test it and yeah ruby's spellvamp sucks montoon rlly should buff her spellvamp passive to 1.5x stronger, and no. Queens wing doesnt help either sure it gives nice deff reduction and cd reduction but 12 spell vamp on new war axe and 10 on queens wing just disappointing in total with fighter emblem and talents she got 37 spell vamp in total kinda underwhelming when shes supposed to be able to inherit up 125% and with vamp anti heal item i might just not pick her. Its her spell vamp that makes her unique lol i hope she doesnt get phoveus treatment.
