there is a way to escape the map: go in the rat hole as the leek do not go in the rat maze, walk to the right, when you escaped the hole go left, and the leek might stand up straight, do the fly glitch, and then you escaped and then you're on top of the rat maze (this can also be done with the French bread)
It's always existed. I started playing when Secret Staycation first got popular, which was months before even the Christmas update. And during the first couple times I played, I already saw someone doing that glitch.
