His solution was contacting the company holding the rights to Undertale/Deltarune songs, Materia Collective. At first, it didn't go well, since the person managing the media for the company wasn't the best, but now they have a new media account manager, so I bet they'll be able to fix the copyright claim if you just contact them directly.
