      I’ll try this approach. I have failed Audit four times. 74, 73, 73, 73. With weakness in different areas each time. Very frustrating being this close. FAR - 75 BEC - 83. Clock ends at 4/30/2022 on FAR.

    Starting to study for my 3 FAR retake. I def didn’t study well the first time around. The second time around I felt a lot better, but clearly not good enough. I don’t think I was strict enough with the mini sessions. Here’s to next time!

    • @SuperfastCPA
      @SuperfastCPA  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      The thing I forgot to say about the mini sessions is to alternate 50/50 between reading the notes and taking quizzes. Most people like taking quizzes, but the notes adds some depth or "background understanding". Then the audios whenever it makes sense to be listening to audios.

    • @SuperfastCPA
      @SuperfastCPA  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you scored from a 65-74 probably 3-4 weeks if you hit it hard, every single day. If you scored in the 50s, I'd recommend more of a fresh start from the beginning.

    Hi, i have a question for thr first one. Do we time ourselves when we do the mcqs and sims? Would you recommend it?

    • @SuperfastCPA
      @SuperfastCPA  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah so you want to get to the point where you can finish a set of 30 MCQs in 30 minutes. That will solve all kinds of problems for you on test day.

  • @deexero

    How long should this process take? Also do you recommend skipping lectures?

    • @SuperfastCPA
      @SuperfastCPA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi David, so for a restudy, you don't really go back into full lessons... unless you scored below the 60s, then you probably want to treat it as if you're starting from scratch. But for a restudy, it's all about doing what I described in the video, and not going back and getting bogged down in full lesson content.

    • @deexero
      @deexero 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@SuperfastCPA Thanks for the response. I'm taking FAR next saturday. Its my first one but I'm just using the restudy tactic for my last week lol.

      I would think 20-30 days gap should be good - dont rush

    • @SuperfastCPA
      @SuperfastCPA  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yeah I would agree - somewhere between 3-4 weeks is fine for a restudy, especially if you scored between a 65 and 74. Some people do it even sooner, such as a 2 week restudy.

    So I have to retake Audit and I haven’t taken it since May. Would you recommend still following your process? Or should I take a practice exam and see where I’m at to determine if I should go back and take the course lessons?

    • @SuperfastCPA
      @SuperfastCPA  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Danny - I would essentially still follow this process. Maybe on the weekends when you have more time you could go back to some individual lessons, but you will learn in "exam context" much faster this way for 90% of the material.
