Somebody tampered with the machine when he cut scene to get $20 worth of quarters. The coin in display box wasn't on the left shelf before, but @16:42 you can see it's magically there, and the money is further forwards.....

@@naughtyrascal7806 he won $20 that he then spent. Meaning that $20 does not go to the total cost of what he's spent. Meaning that $20 is a neutral and doesn't effect the outcome. That being said, he made a profit of $10. If you read the full comment I made literally 2 above yours, you'll see the actual math. And I wasn't the only one that agreed.

At 11:20 look how close the $20 bill is to the edge. At 12:09, how did it go backwards into the pile again? Also, look at the shelf on the left inside the machine at 16:30 you see nothing there. At 16:34 there appears a coin in a case on the shelf. How did it get up there? Folks there's some tampering going on here. 😱
If you look closely, at 16:30 there is 3 boxed coins in the bottom portion of the game and at 16:34 there is only two and know one up and left like you said. Somebody must have took it from the game and placed it on the side, maybe to show what kind of prices you can win if they aren't being played at the time (because somebody got them already).

Although the game may seem easy, just putting coins in there, it's specifically designed to have a little ramp that goes up to waste a lot of your money by having more coins to be pushed upwards.
Whats stopping you from just bringing your own quarters instead of paying 50$ for just 10$ quarters?

idea - stick to one side. you wasted a lot going left - middle was useless. max a zone to play and wipe it out then - ONLY THEN go to opposite site - DIVIDE AND CONCUR.

It’s the gaps at the side, on the second tier, just under the little shelves. The quarters get pushed outta there and are not returned. It’s that little design that makes it so hard to move the notes out quickly. Nice win at 21:20 though.

I worked in a small casino for 12 years...I know a problem gambler when I see one. @Joshua Bartley you are showing all the signs of someone who has an addiction. From the bottom of the heart, I hope for you sake and the sake of your family, you try to get some help now rather than later.

that person and the business that owns this are the real winners.
This is both painful and funny to watch at the same time but it illustrates the problem with gambling, you are at first excited and hopeful of winning then you are further in it than you wanted to be and keep taking chances just to recoup the money you initially spent that is why casino's make so much money, the odds are always in their favor and most people do not stop if they beat the odds and win.

I know you're a pro but I'm gonna pass on a little trick I learned. When you've got coins teetering on the edge of the moving platform it sucks when they end up falling when the platform is all the way out & they fall on top of everything below doing you no good. The vibration from the next coin being put in is usually the culprit so if you end up with a coin a breath away from falling wait until the platform is all the way back, use the skill stop then drop your coin. That way if the vibration is just enough to make the coin fall it'll be when the platform is all the way back & you might end up with a third wave.
I'm glad it's prop money because before I read that I was wondering why nobody tried to smash the glass. But prop money makes sense.

It's theft
The best place to be on this machine is the owner. I used to run 30 of them on a route. They'd net 300-600 out of each per week and I'd split with the store owners. It's not a bad way to make a living. There are several issues to keep control of but you'll learn them all quickly.

The people that design those games are geniuses. You're playing against physics not probability.
Something is going on here? Why not come in with pockets full of quarters? And why don't I hear anyone if it's a casino?
The best way to play these pushers, if you have to "stall" the pusher if possible. Some have buttons that will let you do this. Then, put enough quarters in to make a line across the bottom, then let the pusher push. This is the most effective way to win with these machines.
I would go in with 4 rolls of my own quarters

If you watch carefully, at 13:32 the bill goes over but doesn't fall...It seems that the tooth w/chain holds it. That's because there's a magnet under the leading edge of the moving tray...
that causes the paperclip that holds the bill to jamb up the flow...then just watch the rest...

Not sure if it's right to show this type of video, I felt the excitement 😕 but feel something is wrong, I know, or at least I don't think you aren't meaning to encourage people to do this. As you've shown, it's so easy to get sucked into these machines. OK you only lost $10, it would have been better to have shown how annoyed your wife would have been had you lost. 20 minuets on a machine or an evening out with your wife, no choice. Sorry this type of video leaves a bad taste.

He didn't. He won $10. Go back through the video and you'll see he won two $20 and one $100. Last time I checked, that equals $140. He spent $130. That is a net gain of $10.

I went through this video three times, and unless he only counted the first $20 as money he spent and not as money he won as well, I'm not sure how he thinks he lost $10.
@@JohnTheRevelat0r I know that. I'm not counting how much he gets, but how much he spends. $50 + $30 + $30 + $20 = $130. At the end, he says he only spent $130. He wins $20 + $20 + $100 = $140. Last I checked, $140 is greater than $130. Even if he spent the $20 he won earlier in the video, then technically he only spent $110, as the $20 he won would also count as $20 he spent, a net sum of $0. If I'm missing something, let me know where it is.
