    You’d think Liverpool got slapped 0-4, and city scrapped an away win

    • @osteouk
      @osteouk หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      Seems to be a theme recently. No matter how they win there’s always a reason why they’re not that good. Baffling.

      Liverpool had the season highest stats in that game;
      Shots: 27 vs 7
      On Target: 11 vs 5
      Possession: 63% vs 37%
      Passes: 600 vs 365

  • @NoFrictionZone
    @NoFrictionZone หลายเดือนก่อน +25

    They had two attacks, two goals. 3 points on the road, after an international break, against a relegation team that will make it difficult is enough!

    could you not for once havea teh headline with Tottenham..stop going on about city all the time give us our credit

    • @zerofox641
      @zerofox641 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      City gives them more clicks probably. Everyone would rather dogpile on City, talk about an injury crisis, no Rodri, than give us some credit for playing well.

      @prosperomiponle7645 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Well, if they were to use a Spurs headline, it has to be ‘Inconsistent Spurs get one over champions’ cos that’s what they do, give their fans hope one day, and swallow it up the next.

    okay. you finally mentioned that Tottenham was without their starting center backs (Romero, Van De Ven) and their starting holding midfielder, Betancur.

  • @kevinferguson530

    Can these guys make any more excuses for Man City? Every team has to contend with injuries to key players; Spurs were without their two first-choice center-backs. Man City has enough quality in their squad to field both an A and B team. If Man City had taken their chances in the first 10 minutes, it could have been a different result. It was an outstanding performance by the entire Spurs team. Maddison finally showed up and played the game we know he can. Just look back to last season's first 10 games; Maddison was the maestro. When he got injured, Spurs' performance dropped. Spurs need a creative midfielder to get the team performing. If Maddison can continue this form, Spurs will end the season in the top 4 and win a trophy.

    Liverpool are bad after international breaks, simple as that, team looked knackered, had to rest south American players for most of the game, like 6 starters not on the pitch, why don't they mention any of these points when analyzing games, instead of wondering how that Liverpool performance came about? awful punditry, like these are such obvious points to mention while acting like its a calculus question, its aint rocket science guys. And even then, they were in control for the majority of the game, what they talking about.

    What’s mad is that City are second in the league and some are talking about them as if they’re are 13th. To say that losing one more game would drop City out of the race is absolute hyperbole. We can all dream, but doesn’t make it reality!

  • @briandanielson5818

    Liverpool top of the league by 8 points, doing amazing things...so then they tear them apart and feel bad for City. The two Flobbies.

    Last spring LFC won a trophy and stayed in the race until late in the spring without Trent, Robertson, Matip, Allison, Mo, Jota, and a completely rebuilt midfield. I think City just took the day off. Thier second stringers should be capable of making it a game - if not winning.

      Robbo hasn't been good for a while now. Defensively starting to look very vulnerable and offensively his delivery is terrible

    As a Chelsea fan it pains me to know that Enzo Fernandez is going to leave and not because of Chelsea, he just doesn't seem built for the Premier League. He looks like a player that is going to be legend in Spain or Italy. I think Chelsea will be alright afterwards but Enzo will be stunning to watch in a league with slightly less intensity and running as the Premier League.

    Cry me a river - Poor City! lol (although it’s looking pretty grim on and off the pitch this season for them)
    Tottenham were brilliant the other day and scored some reaching goals
    Liverpool are 8 points clear and we face our usual injuries - without No 1 goalkeeper, our Right back Trent and First choice forward Jota - we’ve had a lot worse than that and don’t keep moaning on - Curtis Jones only just came back and Harvey Elliott has been out months
    I get that Rodri is a huge miss, and Diaz too -but City have had the billions and can do things like Grealish, Nunes and Phillips for 200m - ouch 😂- and still not feel it

    Robbie, when you were a player, you never won Prems and Champions leagues. You was an awful centre back for Boro. That's your claim to fame. Probably uncapped unless you slipped into an Irish squad via a poor players loophole to have an international career. Robertson is 50000% better than you ever can imagine being yourself. Don't tell us about your drop off because you at your best was pure relegation fodder. All these ex players who were bums tryna tell fans of amazing club's and players how we should view the game. Your opinion does not matter on football whatsoever. Nobody cares what you think and nobody looks for your opinion. Your video came on autoplay on my lfc algorithm after another lfc vid and I'm sleep listening and had to wake up properly to tell you that you don't matter.
