  • Get away from the chaos and noise in life for 10 minutes in this guided meditation practice for inner peace and relaxation. Using visualization and mindfulness, we’ll work through a simple body scan to release tension from parts around the body. Then we’ll place our attention on the physical points of contact, breath, and physical sensations to evoke feelings of peace and calm.

      I love this meditation. It has been effective in helping me significantly slow down overthinking, see things more clearly, reduce stress, and increase my ability to return myself to a calm state even hours after I’ve done it. A great practice that I can even do doing a 15 minute break at work to be a kinder coworker and more effective leader.

    I have tried the meditation a bunch of times and, at the end, there was a always a positive change. I felt "lighter" mentally, emotionally, psychologically, more at ease, and did not feel any tension in my head from overthinking. Amazing, just 10 minutes through this journey, and you walk out of it into the present-moment with clear vision. It's like the website's name: "your mind has been decluttered." And thank you so much for creating this TH-cam presentation.

    So I really liked the simple no "ra ra" style of this meditation. It's really hard to find mindfulness meditations that don't also want to slip in a bit of "manifest your destiny" so I am now subscribed and will recommend your channel

    I’ve only just started meditating and all of them made me tense and I’d only do them for 5 minutes, but this one was over too fast I’ve was crying after Tysm

      I started meditating recently and this was the first time I bursted into tears while meditating, but it wasn't tears of sadness, it was so much joy and love that made me cry

    I started meditating recently, and this is hands down the best channel I've come across. I really like how each one has a gentle goal in mind, and I also enjoy that you don't have any music in the background. I'm a musician so sometimes that can be annoying (although not always.) I think it goes hand in hand with the concept of your channel being to "Declutter" the mind!
    I've noticed very positive results in my daily life from incorporating your practices in the morning. Keep it up!

    Great meditation, thanks. Your voice isn't trying too hard. I hate to admit it but some of the other voices on these videos get on my nerves a bit because they seem a bit forced but this is just very smooth and natural and doesn't distract me. Visualisation was great also and the emphasis on relaxation and emptying the mind early on was perfect. Every time I was close to being distracted you brought me back to the present. Thank you!

    Thanks was stuggling for peace of mind during my meditation today and this helped, im realising more and more that the more you let go the happier and more peacefull you become, I think I cling to things alot without realising including suffering and I find my self in my meditation clinging to certain outcomes and getting frustrated with all the mental movement but when you fully let go and just sit there its much nicer, although letting go seems really hard sometimes

    I got ADD and have done different meditations (guided and unguided) and this one rlly got stuck with me, the intentions in the beginning and the fact that its just 10 minutes makes it rlly ez for me to go through it completely. When im done i feel calm and at ease

    I looked for meditarion because I'm feeling really anxious; in minute 9.20 it mentions everything that I have to worry about later and by listening that it made me feel even more anxious. I got relaxed after that but wanted to mention it
