North Albany has changed so much in 4 years. They are always upgrading it so it will become very popular houses in the future.

Great video Michael, thanks. Blueberry Meadows is on highway 20, it's a different u-pick berry farm than the one on 99.

6:50 used to bike that one or try the side roads if you can. Salem is horrible if you own a bike. I miss the bike culture and now that they have electric bikes and scooters I hope to see more people out with them being safe. Especially with gas prices.

Ah, Piggly-Wiggly, at the west end of the bridge, passed into obscurity, retreated back to the east coast from whence it came. Ninety percentage of what's there now wasn't there when I was.

I remember piggly wiggly from my time on the east coast!:). When did you live here? Thanks for watching my videos!

Would Albany be considered a suburb or town/rural ?

I really appreciate your clarifying question- Albany is a “city “, but to me it’s a small city / medium sized town. Same as Corvallis. I’m originally from the east coast, so when I hear the word “city” I think of a big city like New York. Here Portland and Salem seem like what I would call a “city”, but not Albany or Corvallis. I hope that makes sense:). Thanks for watching and commenting! Our narrated driving tour of Albany is being edited- stay tuned ! It’s about an hour and twenty minutes and was fun to do
