    Great information Jason. As a health care provider (esp after the vid) I value your real life information now more than ever. It breaks my heart that big Pharma & the powers that be view us all as $$$$ makers. Keep posting your experiences with what you are doing. We love you & continue to pray for you & yours.

    I totally agree with you on the Joe tippins protocol. I think the problem is That not everybody is in the same starting position.
    Me using fenbendazole and metabolic therapy is completely different from somebody. Just trying to take fenbendazole but is overweight, type 2 diabetic, and eating a standard American diet.

    As far as metabolic therapies go, an even more esoteric concept is deuterium depletion to improve mitochondrial function, goes hand in hand with fasting and ketosis, one could supplement with deuterium depleted water "litewater" or use other strategies to deplete deuterium. Harry Serpanos, Dr Sara Pugh have some videos, one of the primary researchers is named Dr. Gábor Somlyai

      You are welcome. You are lucky to have a doctor. Some will prescribe the human version embendazole. Here are my notes on fembendazole. The two are basically the same.
      Fenbendazole Mode-Of Action
      How does this amazing drug work in relation to cancer?
      Fenbendazole has the ability to fight cancer by halting the mitosis of cancer cells through multiple pathways.
      1) It bonds to and disrupts the micro tubulin of abnormal cells.
      2) It inhibits glucose delivery to cancer cells.
      3) It reduces glucose uptake in cancer cells by down regulating GLUT transporters.
      4) It acts as a kinase inhibitor and helps block the formation of new blood vessels necessary for tumors to survive.
      5) It stimulates the P53 to suppress and fight tumors.

    Hey jason!
    I've been doing this for much longer than both you and Jeff. Deprosperous. You're not going to get your gki below to just by diet alone.
    I have to do a monthly 3-day fast to get my ketones up and glucose down so that I can reach the gki of under 2.
    I can maintain it there for several weeks by using a calorie restricted diet. For me that is about 90 g of protein and trying to keep the calories under about 1,500. Eventually I give into my hunger and start over again.
    You need to give yourself time to recover between fasts and regain weight.
    I use both fenbendazole and Ivermectin. I also use chlorine dioxide solution as part of my press pulse protocol.

    • @jasonwatson6104
      @jasonwatson6104  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This is awesome advice! I agree with you. I've been seeing a doctor who knows and uses Professor Seyfried's press pulse. He's helping me get to five meals a day, targeting 300 calories each. The rotating keto diet was the most effective in mice in a huge study just completed in france. During the week off, I would focus on gaining weight. I would still be carnavour based that week off but would add a few veggies and fruits and eat way more.

    • @lifeinsuranceguru

      @@jasonwatson6104 I am 99.9% carnivore. Coffee and the odd bourbon here and there. I don't ever put carbohydrates in my body on purpose.
      When I am recovering after a fastingp cycle, I want as much good protein as I can get to put my weight and muscle back on. Presuming I had lost. I'm at the point now where I can do this without losing weight.

    • @lifeinsuranceguru
      @lifeinsuranceguru 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@jasonwatson6104 I'm more worried about you losing muscle mass doing that fat fasting. You need to get an adequate amount of protein.
      I was at a gki of 0.74 yesterday. That was the fourth day after I reintroduced food. The fast itself was easy. I drank coffee and green tea with heavy cream all day. Not a whole lot of fat, but enough to give a little bit of satiety. Lots of walking.

    Thanks Jason. Professor Seyfried is hero of mine and not uneducated (he has been researching cancer for over 30 years, has a PhD in genetics and is professor of biology at Boston College). He believes he has demonstrated cancer results from a failing in mitochondria to produce ATP by oxidative phosphorylation and instead falls back to fermentation using glutamine and glucose as fuel (while they may still consume oxygen it no longer plays a part in producing ATP for those tumor cells). He claims that suppressing glutamine (only for a brief time since our bodies need glutamine to survive) and fueling the cells by ketone bodies (i.e. very low blood sugar) instead of glucose tumor cells can be starved to the point they will die. He prefers DON to mbendazole, something that is easily available from China (I have some) but difficult to get in the US. Best regards.

    • @jasonwatson6104
      @jasonwatson6104  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That was my GKI while eating, which is the glucose ketone index. I prefer to be below 5 when I am not fasting. When fasting, I can get below 2 or even below 1. Below 2 GKI, cancer tends to die off. I hope this information is helpful.
