I've been feeling rly terrible for like a month now (fitness-wise and mentally) & wondering what is wrong with me, but it's so reassuring to see that everyone has bad days/weeks, even someone as motivated and disciplined as Amelie! So just a reminder to everyone that it's completely normal and okay to not feel your best sometimes. Congrats on getting into your dream school tooo ❤

the pimples you're talking about that are super under the skin are probably cystic, i recommend making chamomile tea and taking the tea bag out and putting it on the problem area for about 60 seconds. this helped my cystic pimple go away super fast!! chamomile is anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial so it should help :)
Hey Amelie, maybe you should try waking up a bit later and working out later in the day, since you have so much free time after school. I also used to work out super early, but then I had to miss out on social occasions to go to bed early, or survive on 3-4h of sleep on the next day. Than ended up getting a raging caffeine addiction. After making this switch I have been so much more rested, and haven’t skipped a workout since. To anyone reading this, you don’t need to force the 5am lifestyle upon yourself, it doesn’t work for a lot of us.

you are my favourite youtuber amelie and it's because of vlogs like this which set you aprt from other youtubers because you are so so relatable. seeing you go through a bad skin day or not feel happy with your workout is why you are so relatable, and then when i watched you decide to go back to the gym i literally was like this girl is a goddess. i skipped my workout this morning and you know what, i might go find my dumbbells now and do a home workout because its consistency not perfection. merry christmas to you and all :)

Great video. I personally regret taking a gap year. Other people don't, of course. I suggest you think of the reasons you want to take it. Do you need it or just want it? Are you mentally exhausted? Are you perhaps not sure about the subject you want to study and you want to take time off to think this through? Do you think it will offer you something important or will you waste time? Would perhaps a summer school help you get more perspective? Greetings from Greece 💞
I regret it too, because the gap year for me turned into 3 and I was older than my peers when I started. It becomes harder to start education again once you’ve taken a break.
