Great stuff, thanks for that lads. I don't know about you Mikey but I think his energy and man management skills will be an awesome plus. I think he'll clean the squad out and turn us from a soft touch to a game winning competitive unit. He just needs to change the sign as the players walk through the tunnel to "This is Portman Road" Let the opposition know that they're not in for a fun time and the Suffolk friendliness stops there! 😉

Some of this is quite worrying. Brought in 28 players, excluding loans, in 2 seasons, no plan B, stubborn, "really really bad runs", playing Brazil every week, less interest in players from the academy and more swearing. Sounds like the last 3 managers rolled into one.
Clear the decks, get new players in... this sounds positive in my opinion.
Playing out from the back with one up front sounds familiar but I hope he can work it much better than lambert did.
He dose sound competent with is a breath of fresh air and probably one of only 2 managers we have had in the last 13 years under Evans.

What concerns me listening to various people who have experienced PC's management previously, is that it sounds like he's going to get us to play out from the back again, and we all know how that will end up going if he does. We can't do it. I mean from what these guys say, it sounds like Lambert 2.0 regarding on field play, which is very concerning. Great show though guys, thank you!
