Would love to see a video on Kodak Pro Image 100 - maybe vs gold 200, or even Portra 160 and/or Ektar 100. Budget vs overpriced, haha.. (I just bought 10 rolls for a road trip, so hope it’s awesome!!)
It is absolutely awesome! I just tried it recently on vacation so I have a video about it coming, maybe not full review yet because I want to shoot it again, but it is awesome, and I will at least show some sample shots :) you will love it, just needs plenty of light
Well, I have shot alot of this film and I can confidently say my copy is anything but warm.. it's a cool film that is less saturated with a greens in the shadow just like a fujifilm.. it has some resemblance to Orwo 500 ( albeit better )
Aaah I actually made one on my channel :) I have to make a new updated version some day soon because that video is one of my first one and not one of my best ones haha, but it is one of the first 4 on this channel in case you cant to check it out :)
It could be possible that Fujifilm 400 is a form of Kodacolor VR 400, my other guess is that Kodak made this film based on Fujifilm’s color profiles/specifications. As much as I want to think it’s the second option, we never know at the end of the day. Regardless it’s good that we have at least an option for a consumer grade 400 film
That's an interesting theory! I wish it was the latter too, but tbh I think it is more likely the first, a Kodak film but slightly recalibrated for Fuji, because the colour palette just seems so different to the Fuji one. And the curves of the new fuji film are so similar to the Kodak ultramax curves... But I agree 100%, at least we have another 400 speed film, and who knows.. maybe more the come. 🤞🤞 Thank you for your insight and for watching of course 💗

Nice video. Thanks for sharing.
and thank YOU for watching :)
I'd like to watch a video about your Minolta. For my curiosity about analog cameras 🙂

I like how authoritative you were at stating that you aren't an authority on film stocks. 😀
Hahahhaha! covering all the bases 😁
Thanks! Love this video!
Thank you for your support ❤️
Another great video, thank you! I’m selfishly hoping you have more free time to take photos and make youtube videos… 🙂
I have a few on the burner, but just need to find some time to edit them haha, but thank you, this really motivates me to get a move on it :))
great vid!
Thank you so much and thank you for watching :)
Do you have a flash for that camera?
Unfortunately I do not, I'm in the market for one, because I haven't tried flash photography with this camera yet.

@exploring_analog might be good for flash fills in low Winter sun.
