    Today I visit the world famous MuscleBeach in Santamonica where it all started then I went to Venice California I sadly have to Report that the gym is gone most of the outside activities are still closed down I matched up pictures of Arnold Schwarzenegger when he first came to Venice Beach after this I visit the famous golds gym worlds gymAnd I also saw all the homeless encampments around golds gym in Venice

    Went there all my life. Mom took me there as a child and as a teen I went to the the Sunday drum circle. My friend Mike lost his keys playing on the rings in 93. I'm sad to see how much Venice is changing for the worst. I'm so sorry. I pray things change for the better asap. Big smiles

      I went to venice beach in 1987 when I was 8 years old and it was a wonderful magical experience

      I also spent time down that way as a kid in the 90s, it was the wild west back then. During the early 2000s they made it regulated for the performers or people selling stuff and that was the turning point where things kind of went to crap. Kind of odd when it was kind of self regulated it was safer and cleaner.

    German in Venice, i go back further than you, because im about 25 years older! Back in the 50s there were lots of muscle heads and wanna bees hanging out at the origInal muscle beach! One person used to have girls follow him around begging for his autograph, and pictures. he was extreamly handsome, He won Mr.America, Mr. Univerce, and went on to also become a famous movie star! HE WAS Steve REEVES! of the hurcules movies, that inspired many men to take up working out with weights! Men like Reeves, and Reg Park were Arnoulds inspiration! and mine! Anetas husband! Thumbs up on your well put together, and informative videos! I still think you should look for stuff to film , in San Dieago. like, beautyful girls at the beach! Some guys might even give you two thumbs up!

    I was in Venice in 2016 and was really shocked seeing so many homeless. So tragic some people choose to live that way, and are disabled and take to the streets. Love your videos, amazing job. Love your enthusiasm and pride.

    I really have never had an interest in bodybuilding but I really like how you present it in your videos. The nostalgic presentation really helps me to appreciate it even more. keep up the good work. You keep me interested the whole video. We were at Venice beach about 10 years ago, it's sad to see it like this.

      He was my math teacher at Mark Twain Jr. High in Venice 1976 😁...last day of school before summer he would flex and bust all his buttons off his collared shirt! All the kids would come to see this😂

    Loved watching this...I grew up on the pier. My dad had a go cart track for awhile in the late fifties early sixties. It was right behind the carosel. Good memories. I learned acrobatics at muscle beach. So much fun. I love 💕 re living my youthful life watching you. Tytyty

      He's been in Venice for 30 years. He already met Arnold in person way back. It's in one of his videos ( I took a shower with The Terminator) ✌
